裝修超特別,都是以舊式的大排檔為藍本,鐵皮攤檔、街市吊燈,以及電車卡位,每樣都是歷史的回憶~黑松露玻璃燒鵝~燒鵝十分嫩滑,用了黑棕鵝,鵝皮都是全黑色的,皮脆肉嫩又多汁;醬汁有兩種,一種是黑松露甜酸醬,酸酸甜甜而帶濃濃的松露香,而另一種是特色醬汁,用了鵝汁調配,更濃香燒鵝味~蜜汁脆燒鱔~魚皮燒得十分之香脆,而鱔肉還能保持肉嫩有水份,吃的時候完全沒骨,吃得很舒服~糯米炒膏蟹~蟹膏多到不得了,蟹肉鮮甜又新鮮,蟹鉗還很容易就開到;而糯米飯更是炒得剛剛好,底部有飯焦,充滿蟹香~椒鹽魷魚鬚~一大盤,超足料,香脆而大條~石澳梅菜蒸菜心~梅菜甜甜的,伴菜心同吃,令菜心更鮮甜無草青味~迷你炸饅頭~份量不算多,小食一流~

彩明商場新開了一間新派粵菜餐廳, 裝修好吸睛, 走港式大排檔風, 仲掛了香港本土電影插畫的二次創作海報, 🎬例如有張家輝「我今日一定要食呢隻蟹,耶穌都留佢唔住」的惡搞海報, 好盞特👁‍🗨


餐廳的枱凳、水壼、杯都跟舊式大排檔一樣, 掛滿了街市吊燈同舊式綠色電車卡位的打卡位, 好有80年代的舊香港情懷🇭🇰


除了裝潢、品牌設計上有心思, 菜式一樣咁有特色, 亦都好有種類、例如黑松露玻璃燒鵝、糯米炒膏蟹、蔥蒜心晶雞...


本來想試下招牌黑松露玻璃燒鵝, 但我地星期五晚上8點就已經賣哂, 唯有下次再試🥹


老火例湯放係茅台酒造型的樽入面, 上面仲寫住「我不是茅台」,倒D湯出黎, 好有儀式感, 一定要拍片打卡! 📸本人對味精敏感, 通常係中式酒樓飲完落重味精的湯就會唔舒服, 但飲完小神燈的老火湯無, 應該係真材實料, 同老公每人飲左2-3碗, 份量都幾多!

本身唔太鐘意食鱔, 但呢種煮法的鱔真係好好食, 可以話係食過最好食的鱔。外層係超級脆, 完全無奇怪的魚腥味, 煎完的鱔一D都唔乾, 仲有D juicy, 鱔上面仲有濃稠的蜜汁, 味道甜甜地, 堅好食!


🔺小神燈一品炒飯 $168🔺
可能新開張比較多客, 催左兩次單先黎到炒飯。係炒得幾有鍋氣, 飯粒乾身有咬口, 最特別係有smoky炭香味, 不過個人麻麻地呢種燒焦味, 可能有D人會覺得好香, 配料有菜粒、蝦仔、小元貝...


所有菜式的味道總體都好食, 特別係蟹肉菠菜豆腐盒同燒鱔, 但比起彩明商場入面其他的餐廳, 小神燈的價錢相對較貴🤑我地兩個人食左六百幾蚊, 可能叫一大班朋友一齊食會抵D, 又或者過時過節唔想又去中式酒樓做節的話, 都可以試下帶埋屋企人黎做節, 都係唔錯的選擇🎊

今日去將軍澳探媽媽,梗係要帶她出嚟食下野,經過的時候都想試,好多打卡位,不過有人坐唔方便玩,服務招呼唔錯,好有5、60年feel,感覺返晒嚟,暖水壺,茶杯,折枱折凳…也可掃QR Code落單好有5、60年代feel叫左蔥蒜雞,勁多蒜唔係茅台酒,係壺湯,保暖效果很好,随時飲随時倒,暖笠笠。

因此希望不要用新派的旗號去掩飾了
