推介菜式本來是蜜椒金薯牛肝連,但鍾意更香口及較為乾身的味道,揀了蒜片野菌牛肝連($188)。牛肝連即是封門柳,也是近年熱門的火鍋牛肉部位,其實是橫膈膜附近的一條肉,屬於介乎內臟及牛肉之間的部位;如果食日本燒肉,還可以再細分為內外橫膈膜。封門柳本應肉味香濃,但入口味道偏淡;雖然肉質仍然柔軟,但未算是最靚嘅封門柳。始終是內臟,有少許臊味,未必人人鍾意,配黑椒爆炒可掩蓋這陣臊味。

好日唔入下將軍澳,對該區的食肆資訊,掌握有限。原來除左海邊嗰堆餐廳,彩明都開左間新嘢,叫做小神燈新派飯館。若不是朋友報料,我亦懵然不知。裝修充滿玩味,且看是否搞噱頭的傢伙!先整個香汁鴨舌來熱下身,是買少見少的全鴨舌,入口軟腍,又夠入味,蠻不錯。跟住嚟兩款燒味,燒鵝皮黑漆漆,皆因這是黑松露燒鵝。端上桌時香噴噴,皮脆肉嫩兼備松露香,唔單止人不可以貌相,鵝亦然,難怪是店家招牌菜色。叉燒都唔係揸流攤,用上伊比利亞豬,來個厚切,質感軟腍,滿載蜜香。伴住既唔係蜜豆,而係漬蘿蔔,我倒是第一次見呢個配搭,又幾有效中和膩滯感。脆鱔真的夠香脆,厚肉,配以適度既蜜汁,呢味要大推!愛吃香口嘢既筆者,連續叫左懷舊蝦多士,與及酥炸廣島蠔。前者比坊間的要大塊一些,乾身鬆脆,蝦肉彈牙,滿意。酥炸廣島蠔亦不甘示弱,做得酥脆不硬,粉漿唔會勁厚,廣島蠔味鮮,結果我吞下了三隻。天氣涼涼地,大家商議過後,與其來碟炒麵飯,倒不如來客羔蟹糯米飯。打開煲蓋,又是撲鼻而來的香氣,糯米飯口感幾好,帶微甜,撈埋豐盛既蟹羔同吃,邪惡一點又何妨? 最多跑多兩個圈贖罪。最後整個蟹肉波菜豆腐盒來平衡下,岩數!估唔到連個菜蔬都咁呃like,正確點來
