早排天氣咁凍,最岩去大排檔食羊腩煲!上網搵邊度有好食羊腩煲,見到有唔少人推介增煇,所以特登嚟試下😎增煇小廚既羊腩煲大大份,2個人都食唔晒,3-4人食就岩岩好😆羊腩煲嘅羊肉全部都已經去曬骨,羊腩肉炆到十分軟腍,食落啖啖肉!啲羊腩有肥有瘦,羊腩連皮帶肉入口惹味,調味唔會過鹹。配料都一樣分量十足,有枝竹、冬菇、筍、白菜同馬蹄,而且羊腩煲配埋唐生菜,嫌油膩重嘅食返啲菜感覺清新啲~連埋啲羊腩汁送飯好惹味👍🏻

以前喺深水埗做嘢成日同同事收工去食,不過最正都係佢嘅羊腩煲又大份又夠晒腍最近再去都保持到水準,小菜亦都夠晒鑊氣,個人推介薯仔牛柳粒,牛唔會煮得太硬,薯仔會炒到金黃色脆卜卜好香口,又醒胃。價錢嚟講公道又大碟,三個人食咗個羊腩煲,三個小菜,埋單都係$800蚊左右。服務員同客人都有良好嘅互動,如果你係第一次嚟食,佢哋會推介啲撚手小菜俾客人,絕對可以放心試食啱晒三五知己或者約埋班波友踢完波一齊去啤啤佢絕對會將繼續幫襯

很久以前一大班朋友來吃過一次,但人太多、太擠,感覺一般。這次在星期日大約6:00 左右,發現難得不用排長龍,就再來感受一下。 我們兩個人點了蝦多士 (香口的,但太油)。 4只大蟶子清蒸,很不錯,沒有太多泥沙、也很新鮮,價錢也只是$68 /只。 椒鹽鮮魷很好👍🏻,味道很好,也很新鮮。 最後加多一個蒜片牛柳粒,怎麼說,味道可以,但是沒有想像的口感,有點硬。 總結經驗,由於早去,人不多,坐得舒服,上菜速度快,服務也非常好。最後埋單大約600 多。 我覺得合理。 也推薦大家早一點去,可以吃得輕鬆自在。

好耐無嚟,水準仲keep到,話說去完Wine and Dine,肚餓揾地方醫肚,就同朋友去咗增煇,幾個人叫咗5個菜,好滿足。蒜蓉炒豆苗:豆苗夠嫩,加埋啲香噴噴嘅蒜蓉,味道濃郁而又唔會太油太膩,正。跟住整個豉油皇炒麵,啲麵炒得又彈又Q,仲有啲微微焦香嘅口感,勁夠鑊氣,豉油味又香濃,真心推介另外一款好食嘅菜式就係黑椒蝴蝶腩。肉煮到軟腍入味,肉質好滑好嫩,加埋啲蘿蔔吸哂啲汁,仲要鑊仔上,一路食一路熱住,天氣凍嚟食仲正最後,我要推薦椒鹽鮮魷。鮮嫩彈牙嘅鮮魷裹埋椒鹽,炸得香脆金黃,一咬入口,外脆內嫩,真係一絕!鮮魷嘅鮮味同椒鹽嘅鹹香完美結合,一啖一啖都令人回味無窮。
