深水埗屬於香港其中一個美食天堂大排檔小炒琳琅滿目。有幸今日約咗朋友試一試深水埗聞名已久的增輝廚藝。 果然名不虛傳。招牌頭抽豉油雞 ($408)標榜即叫即製。 需時35分鐘。 上枱有別於坊間一般豉油雞。雞皮色澤比較淡色。雞件係浸係秘製豉油雞肉入口鮮嫩。食得出係用新鮮雞。頭抽亦都帶起左雞件嘅鮮味 的而且確係出色。 不過價錢相對比較貴。 如果呢個價錢我諗我會食返普通豉油雞😂蝦多士 ($83) 蝦多士做得出色。 即叫即炸 一般呢出邊嘅蝦多士麵包都會林晒。同埋吸晒油。 呢度炸得啱啱好。 可以做到外脆內軟。同埋價錢亦都比較抵。 抵食 其他小菜就唔多講。 正正常常。 呢間大排檔本身連續幾年獲得米芝蓮。 不過好老實價錢比較偏貴少少以其他小菜都係一般質素。 如果以深水埗呢個美食天堂。 選擇會比較多。 唔算非常之出色。 行過兩條街都應該有間大排檔性價比高過佢 偶然一試可以。 continue reading

再次黎食增煇大排檔~鑊氣嘢都係要去大排檔食先有風味🤫菠蘿咕嚕肉依然係好好味呀!!炸得好、炸粉唔厚,甜酸汁味道適中!菠蘿係用新鮮菠蘿的!!砵仔焗魚腸呢味菜唔係人人接受到架😂我就曾經係另一間大排檔食過覺得好正!今次呢度嘅味道就麻麻地啦~有少少燶左啲,即使落左胡椒粉,但魚腸味道都係有啲怪怪的🤭椒鹽白飯魚正正常常🙂咸魚雞粒豆腐煲惹味~撈飯食一流呀!呢個餸,令我諗起以前有人整嘅豆腐肉碎,一食就會食到兩碗飯😂啫啫芥蘭煲一樣係夠晒惹味!係菜類之中必食架啦!想睇我最新最快食評請Follow IG: f.nbreak continue reading

昨晚七點未到坐下,尚早只有兩、三枱客、點了四樣小菜,等了15-20分鐘。味道普通,豆腐火腩煲,也是溫度一般,沒有「炸炸」聲音,一股雪味。最敗筆是白飯,室温略帶冷,告訴伙記可否再給些熱的飯,答案是「剛盛」,問題是剛盛都是冷,唔係掛,再換也是一樣冷😰 continue reading
