今日特登嚟到增輝大排檔,間中都有嚟下大排檔食嘢,貪佢煮得夠鑊氣!😙😙😙聽人講呢間餐廳以前係好爆好多人等位,同埋好難book位,可能最近疫情嘅關係都少咗人出街食飯!蟲草花蒸雞簡單嘅蟲草花蒸雞已經好好味,今次呢隻雞葉得比較鹹少少,所以食兩啖就飲杯水. 啲雞係好滑既!豉椒鵝腸炒得好有鑊氣,青椒又唔會話太生,同埋鵝腸嘅份量都好多,抵食!砵仔蒸魚腸呢味餸係屋企都好少會煮,因為佢處理嘅工序都比較繁複同埋都好難整得好食😋😋😋鬼馬油炸鬼油炸鬼加墨魚膠呢個配搭,簡簡單單都可以變咗一道佳餚. 鬼馬油炸鬼整得好脆👍🏻👍🏻花枝釀皮蛋呢味餸就比較普通啲,可能啲皮蛋唔夠靚,所以食出黎無皮蛋應有既香味. continue reading

打完牌🤪我跟朋友去呢間位於深水埗的大排檔,真係細佬女唔識嘢,原來係「米芝蓮推介餐廳」😋😋本身食唔到辣嘅我,被呢煲 - 辣酒煮花螺 ($198)吸引住~~ 食落唔算好辣,不過每粒螺都好入味。但係價錢有啲貴。邪惡既。脆皮炸大腸 ($98)- 又脆又香,唔太肥喎。 蒜蓉蒸勝瓜($83)-估唔到咁大碟😂😂。每一塊都好大件好汁。芥末芝麻蟲蝦球 - 呢碟實在要試一試,食完令人熱淚盈眶🥺🥺,好鬼正。仲有椒鹽鮮魷($128)及風沙炸豬手($128)- 夠鑊氣,無問題。整體來講都係要揀啱菜式,未必所有都合心意,不過服務態度很友善,推介好多菜式俾我地。 仲有記住叫支大啤,更有風味🤣。 continue reading

睇開我食評都知我係性價比達人所以今餐飯一定唔係我揀嘅係我老婆揀嘅,同埋另外兩個friend四個人佢座位舒服,可能係因為而家疫情所以啲枱擺得比較開 ,咁我哋嗌咗五個小菜 ,咁呢五個菜係我啲朋友揀嘅,講真係叫餸嘅時間我都覺得配搭錯誤,不過唔緊要朋友鍾意就ok啦,開咗三支啤酒,四個飯京都骨,我唔知係好定唔好,佢啲豬扒冇用鬆肉粉醃到爛曬,所以仲有豬扒嘅口感,但係略嫌有啲乾硬,佢豬扒應該唔係好肥,汁就正常啦,又係嗰啲沙律醬汁 香脆油炸鬼?? 我唔記得個名啦簡單啲形容就係劏開條油炸鬼釀啲墨魚膠炸到脆卜卜再點返個甜酸汁 當我講完呢個形容就係咁啦唔會有任何特別 墨魚膠和油炸鬼冇特別炸嘢就係脆嗰隻,冇特別就係咁簡單炸墨魚咀,一睇就知係厚粉版但係墨魚咀都尚算ok,小食一流秋葵炒生蠔, 我又係唔記得佢個名啦又係簡單將啲蠔上薄粉炸咗,再燴返個汁而好明顯啲秋葵係後面加落去兜嘅但係兜嘅時間好短啲秋葵都仲係暖暖地就上枱 呢碟嘢整體嚟講並不是難食,但食不到鑊氣金銀蛋莧菜就係金銀蛋莧菜,講完再加咗三支啤酒,四碗白飯埋單七百幾蚊講真咁嘅食物質素, 五個小菜收七百幾我又唔係食緊什麼珍饈百味呢個價錢對於我嚟講真係好難接受 咁當然係關於我成日都要求性價比呢家好明顯係食出名唔係食性價比 咁亦都係因為喺我老婆揀如果唔係我諗我睇完openrice嘅餐牌點都唔會行入嚟我唔會話佢啲嘢唔好食但係如果四個人七百幾我大把選擇可以介紹畀你 continue reading

今天二人來到了增輝,環境是地道的香港大排檔,坐在外面充滿香港風味哦!👍🏻👍🏻先叫了到個蒜蓉炒菜苗,份量很足!(吃到一半才想起忘記拍照了😭)個人很喜歡吃豆苗,這個炒得很入味,所以覺得很好食喔!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️還叫了胡椒羅白蝴蝶腩,一上菜看似平平無奇,但聞到滿滿的胡椒香氣,馬上嘗一口;非常重胡椒味、非常惹美😋😍蝴蝶腩炆得好[淋]!羅白亦沒有[渣],推薦給喜歡胡椒湯既你呀😋😋😋😋😋😋😋 continue reading

以前黎食嘅時候都要訂位,不過可能而家市道唔好,基本上去到都仲有好多位淨,仲可以揀位坐😅。同普通一般大排檔差唔多格局,佢有兩個舖位,位置都好寬敞,枱與枱之間都唔會好迫夾。蝦多士($78/8件)有少少失水準,炸到好多油,唔乾身唔香脆,有啲油淋淋嘅感覺。西蘭花炒帶子($188)帶子冇雪藏味,好食,又唔太油。百花蒸釀豆腐($103)清清淡淡都幾好食,蝦膠爽口彈口👍🏼。羊腩煲好有水準,羊腩同配料(馬蹄、枝竹)都好多😋。 continue reading
