今日行過哩間鋪頭,唔夠6點半已經人山人海,咁一定要試試啦。排咗10分鐘已經可以入座,翻台率好高。店鋪裝修得好中式,唔錯。Menu平到不可思議,一款菜飯50港紙有找,抵到爛。可樂同低糖豆漿,豆漿話低糖,飲落都有小小甜味,同埋豆味好濃,飲得出係自家制。麻醬手撕雞絲粉皮,麻醬好濃郁,好正宗北方味道,粉皮比起香港普通果款,要深色同韌少少,同麻醬好夾。鮮雞湯小雲吞(12粒),雲吞皮薄餡大,餡係純豬肉果款,搭配埋雞湯一齊食更加鮮甜。招牌生煎包,生煎包即叫即做,送上來仲熱笠笠。哩個生煎包真係不得了,真正做到皮脆肉鮮,暴曬汁水TIM,超好味。蟹黃生煎包,都係一樣高質。餡料裡面加咗好多蟹黃,每一啖都濃濃蟹黃味。糖醋炸排骨菜飯,排骨肉好飽滿,表面炸得好脆。搭配嘅菜飯落咗大量菜心,口感好豐富又好健康。難怪咁多人堂食同外賣啦,哩間餐廳質素一流,仲要好平,勁like!

呢間店呢就新開嘅,我哋就叫咗招牌生煎包六隻,排骨蔥油拌麵一疊,麻將首詩雞冷麵一疊,當我入到嚟舖頭嘅時候,我覺得呢度嘅燈光係呀好充足,入面嘅裝修有好多木嘅設計令到我好舒服,睇到碗嘅花紋呢就係模仿古代青色碗碟,非常靚嘅,同埋而家呢,餐具都用咗即棄嘅餐具,好好用喎,同埋有免費豆漿餸喎,真係好正喎,仲有啊個麵好熱嘅,我仲叫咗生煎包生煎包有好多汁,真係好好食,我之後我都會返嚟再食,呢度嘅炸豬扒都好香好好味,我非常滿意。

最近很熱門的食店, 和母親慕名而至, 我試了套餐S2, 母親食排骨菜飯, 食物很快上枱, 夠熱!我們去食店時仍未到營業時間, 入座了卡位等待夠鐘掃碼下單, 被職員告知二人要坐另外一邊的單邊座, 好啦, 聽話轉了座位, 同時間入座的一對男女不轉, 職員又不再出聲喎, 接着入座了兩對二人, 又是坐卡位, 職員又不出聲喎, 即是只要求我們二個人換座, 為什麼如此不公平呢? 所以仲會否幫襯嗎? 不了!

同朋友兩個一齊食晚飯我哋就嗌咗兩個套餐一個係涼拌手撕雞青瓜絲面皮,仲有另外一份係炸排骨菜飯。咁又配埋三隻生煎包同埋兩杯凍豆漿。講吓菜先啦,炸排骨炸得好香,亦都好好食個皮係脆脆哋嘅,菜飯就都OK加埋啲辣椒一齊伴會更好食。涼拌雞絲麵個味道稍微有些少淡可能啲醬比較少咁我就自己加咗啲辣椒落去撈更加好食啲。個生煎包真係好熱🥵大家過嚟試食嗰陣時記得千祈要小心,因為朋友就係比生煎包啲汁燙到。我覺得啲生煎包搭配醋會更加惹味。

見到有咁多分店嘅劉興記,連發哥都讚,就一於試吓旺角分店先!坐低咗就掃枱上面有個QR code自己落單,✨招牌菜生煎包餐牌講到明唔爆汁嘅話就可以換,食落第一啖啲汁就多到流晒出嚟,一啖一個啱啱好,但就略嫌個皮唔係太夠脆,唔係就會再好食啲。✨上海排骨湯麵湯麵個湯底夠熱好重要,排骨啱啱炸好,熱辣辣好好食。✨麻醬手撕雞絲粉皮嚟到見到份量都好大份,有別於其他餐廳,佢嘅粉皮係一條條桶狀咁,幾特別。不過應該係新開張關係暫時只收現金。同埋真係好好生意,未夠夜晚7:00已經座無虛席。

平時外賣生煎包,返到屋企已經凍晒,今次和同事路過旺角,見到這間專門食生煎包店,和同事決定入去一試。我們立即叫了舖頭的招牌生煎包和蟹黃生煎包,外皮非常香脆可口,即叫即整,肉質鮮嫩,咬落去肉質會爆曬出嚟,非常好食。店員都非常熱情款待,介紹餐牌上的食物,原來這間餐廳標榜所有食物都不含味精,而且所有調味料都是師傅特別調製,不會落味精,希望保持食物的質素。聽完非常欣賞,我們另外叫了排骨蔥油麵及小雲吞,由於沒有味精,食完飯之後都沒有口渴的感覺,而且好像在家裏食住家飯,
