聽同事講劉興記生煎包好出名,排隊都一定要去食。我本身最怕要排隊,今晚落雨,又未到繁忙時間,經過女人街附近,就諗住博吓有冇得食。好彩去到仲有位,我哋被安排坐喺卡位嘅一邊,因為繁忙時間需要搭枱。來到這一定要食生煎包,但我哋又想食得豐富啲,就點了一個麻醬手撕雞絲粉皮配2隻生煎包套餐,佢仲有一杯豆漿送另外再點咗兩隻蟹皇生煎包, 肉汁變成蟹皇,入口熱度剛好,鮮味更加濃厚,值得加點一吃。個普通生煎包摺面煎到脆卜卜,裹面的湯汁滾熱辣,如果就咁咬落去,會俾滿晒嘅湯汁焫親。甜點豆沙窩餅餅片脆但豆沙餡比較少,這個價錢也差不多了。麻漿手撕雞絲粉皮比想像中大份,麻漿很香濃,雞絲份量多,粉皮是爽口卷起的,是非常適合夏天的食品。另外點了生炸雞扒蔥油拌麵,雞扒厚肉有肉汁,外脆內嫩。蔥油拌麵香口,不知不覺已經吃完。反而上海排骨湯麵的排骨比較乾,湯麵有蛋𢇁菜遠及炸蔥,很吸睛但湯底略淡。見到寫有「生煎包無爆汁,可免費更換」老闆對出品好有自信呢!

今次去旺角分店,有試吓佢哋嘅蟹粉生煎包。入邊嘅肉餡同埋蟹粉份量都好足,淡淡蟹肉味道。每一隻都爆汁,用上本地的新鮮梅頭肉,以人手搓製、推皮、包餡,再放到特製上海生鐵鍋上以混水煎法煎製。的確生煎包一篤已經有湯汁爆出。不論堂食或外賣都要預咗要等,因為生煎包一造起就賣清光,特別係原味版本,人人都會嗌,一定要等。除咗生煎包,佢哋嘅蔥油餅都幾好食,做到好酥脆,入面塞滿鹹鹹地嘅蔥油餡。加埋杯豆漿做小食就一流。👍🏻
