琴日落雨天,咁啱經開旺角見到無人排隊,一於入去一試爆汁生煎包,佢哋門口都有一級,不過今次我上唔到,落雨天搞到我車軚好濕,一上到斜板車軚不停空轉,結果放棄咗堂食,好彩店員阿姐好好人,幫我轉做外賣,留返兩款生煎包放喺餐廳枱面做「爆汁測試」,因為我驚拎走行去附近公園食時,好怕生煎包入面d湯會被包皮吸乾咗,感謝店員阿姐嘅配合,之後我哋火速趕去附近嘅公園,趕住食生煎包,點知有意外驚喜,十分鐘路程不但d湯汁無少到,反而仲好熱,真係好好食!

我嚟劉興記重點就係食招牌生煎包,食呢個招牌生煎包記得放入口時,唔好講野,唔好張開口,一次過放生煎包入口,一咬時會感受到微暖嘅湯汁喺你口腔入面,生煎包個皮又好薄,包皮底又好脆口,食完6隻生煎包之後非常大滿足!

2.蟹黃生煎包(1隻)$18(10/10)
呢個蟹黃生煎包叫咗兩隻,入面餡料滿滿,大約七成係蟹肉蟹黃,三成新鮮豬肉,都係會爆汁,記得放入口時,唔好講野,唔好張開口,一次過放蟹黃生煎包入口,一咬時會感受到微暖嘅湯汁喺你口腔入面,生煎包個皮又好薄,包皮底又好脆口,同其他餐廳價錢比較,呢度嘅蟹黃生煎包非常抵食!

3.生炸雞扒湯麵$42(9.5/10)
呢個生炸雞扒湯麵個麵係烏冬,烏冬咬落非常彈牙,生炸雞扒好脆,份量都好多,仲幫食客切開成大約6條雞扒,令到食果時更加方便,好細心!

4.生炸雞扒蔥油拌麵$42(9.5/10)
呢個生炸雞扒蔥油拌麵嘅蔥油夠香,生炸雞扒好脆,個拌麵似炸過嘅豉油麵,幾香又有少少脆,份量都好多,仲幫食客切開成大約6條雞扒,令到食果時更加方便,好細心!

5.低糖豆漿(凍)$8一杯
呢杯低糖豆漿叫咗兩杯,唔會好甜,唔似其他餐廳加好多水,呢杯豆漿個黃豆味好出好濃,好好飲!
