最近疫情稍為好轉,決定放工同朋友出去食飯。而今晚就揀左佐敦既一間私房菜火鍋店。地點唔難搵,地鐵站A出口行5分鐘就到。去到大廈地下,巳經有大大既廣告牌宣傳店舖環境非常清潔,而且坐位之間有一定的距離,坐得非常舒服佈置都好有特色,牆邊上有個架,架上放滿了不同既酒瓶,喜歡飲酒嘅朋友見到一定會發狂。另外,店舖做緊沖繩生啤優惠,鍾意飲酒嘅朋友一定要試吓,好抵同朋友坐低左再一齊睇吓餐牌,食物款式非常多,有火鍋,刺身,海鮮,串燒等等。真係睇到我哋花多眼亂,好多都想食!!!最後我哋叫咗火鍋同一個串燒拼盤。火鍋調味料款式繁多湯底我哋選擇咗尚鮮血池麻辣湯,姫松茸冬瓜湯。麻辣湯湯底係自家製,好麻好辣,好刺激至於冬瓜湯,菇味超香濃,味道非常鮮甜,我朋友係咁飲個湯底!!!好足料火鍋配料我哋叫左田園盛,黑豚肉片,鮮打四寶丸。先黎黑豚肉片,脂肪比例非常完美,上碟佈置都放得非常精美,而且厚薄均勻鮮打四寶丸,分別有牛丸,豬肉丸,蝦丸,墨魚丸。四款丸都好好食,非常爽口彈牙! 極度推介食完咁多肉緊係要食返啲蔬菜啦。田園盛包羅萬有,有幾款菜,蘿蔔,蕃茄,菇,粟米。所有蔬菜都非常清新,鮮甜輪到串燒拼盤,有蒜香燒蠔,鹽燒海蝦,安格斯牛柳粒,厚切牛舌,芝子獅子狗同燒粟米。拼盤入邊我最鍾意食蒜香燒蠔同芝心獅子狗。燒蠔落咗好多蒜蓉,好好味!而芝心獅子狗一咬開就流出大量芝士好有滿足感!至於店員服務態度方面,我非常滿意。店員會拿一道食物上枱,都會用心介紹,非常貼心。價錢方面都非常合理,雖然會比任食貴少少,但係睇得出店舖嘅食材係好高級,所以我覺得性價比方面好高,絕對係物超所值!有機會都會再同朋友嚟食或者介紹朋友嚟。絕對係值得一試!…Read More

香港地打邊爐係不分春夏秋冬,只要想食,梗有一間喺附近。但既然有選擇,當然要揀間有質素架啦。今次黎呢間喺佐敦嘅尚鮮火鍋海鮮料理,喺一幢商業大廈入面,電梯門打開就清楚見到。叫得火鍋海鮮料理,主打當然係海鮮啦。魚缸大大個,D海鮮有空間游黎游去,保証生猛。我地四個人,但阿爸阿媽話食左下午茶,而家唔肚餓,唔好嗌咁多喎,唔想浪費食物。咁我提議不如叫個二人精選套餐再另外散叫少少野食啦。叫左3杯飲品,左起生啤、青擰梳打蜜同可樂。田園盛先到,有粟米、蓮藕、金菇、生菜等等,老婆大人又提住我,食左菜先,唔駛等啲菜吸晒油先食,健康啲喎。湯底揀左秘制傳統土鄉清湯,有莞茜嘅清香,夠晒正氣。我最鍾意呢款台式黑椒腸,少少辣辣地,加上黑椒味夠晒惹味。日本蟹柳都唔錯,記住唔好淥太耐,咁就唔會一夾即散啦。跟餐係鮮打牛丸拼豬肉丸,但知道阿媽鍾意食蝦丸同墨魚丸,所以我另外散叫呢個四色丸尚盛。有齊牛丸、豬肉丸、甜薯墨魚丸及芥末籽鮮蝦丸四款。睇見幾款丸色澤分明就知係即叫即製。而且丸裡仲有包心餡料,令整體的味道更為豐富,口感非常特別。手切牛切得夠薄,所以只需淥幾秒即可,牛味夠重且入口香軟腍嫩,一定係上等靚牛。脆鯇片肉質爽脆,但吃時要小心,因為有少少骨。廣島蠔夠晒肥美飽滿,而且味道鮮甜、嫩滑,一啖係食唔晒隻蠔架。木耳鮮蝦雲吞食到大大隻鮮蝦,而西洋菜香菇餃就皮薄餡靚。稻庭烏冬就啱晒阿爸,佢食完就夠晒飽肚了。最後散叫了呢個百花釀油條,炸起即上檯,夠晒新鮮滾熱辣。油條內包住蝦膠,外脆內軟,非常香口。埋單計數每人平均三百七十蚊左右,雖然好似有啲貴,但啲料全部都係新鮮同埋手打或即製,其實都算合理嘅。…Read More

今冬夏意盛,但亦無阻礙大家絡繹湧向火鍋店,涮一涮邊爐,滿滿嘅鲜活,酒酣耳熱,眾賓喧嘩。嘗一口舌尖上的暖冬,正!上星期我就同左幾個三五知己去到佐敦吳松街嘅“尚鲜”,呢間餐廳唔係任飲任食,正正如此,質素方面先有保證,而湯底方面亦有令人意想不到的驚喜!我地點左個“蟲草花花膠燉雞腳”,大大煲好足料,花膠好大隻好厚肉,食落滿口膠質之餘又帶著蟲草花香,雞腳好腍滑入味,蟲草花仲爽口香甜,啖湯真係冇得彈,燉湯本身飲落就香過老火湯,加上重膠質的花膠雞脚,飲完滿口餘香,感覺嘴唇都黏在一起了!飲完煲靚湯,相比之下好似海鮮都變得略有失色!其實冇D咁個事😆!海鮮尚盛裡面有:海蝦、海蟹、帶子片、珊瑚蚌、廣島蠔、大花甲、聖子皇、是日活鱼等,拼盤不但砌得精緻,更是新鮮非常,蝦、大扇貝新鮮大隻,蟹肉好實正,帶子片珊瑚蚌好鮮甜!百花釀油條,油條酥脆,蝦膠鮮美多汁,醮上甜酸醬汁最美味,亦可以放湯裡浸一浸食,卻又是另一番的滋味!蔬菜幾時都不可或缺,田園盛,有粟米、雞脾菇、蘿蔔、金針菇、娃娃菜、生菜等,新鮮的蔬菜帶給人一種滿足感!估唔到喺佐敦嘅樓上餐廳咁有水準,以價錢黎講,湯就超抵飲,其他尚算可以,服務方面亦周到,下次會再來!…Read More

早前和兩位朋友一齊來到尚鮮打邊爐,印象中我好像沒有來過無煙火鍋,所以當我入到酒家門口,聞唔到陣陣油煙味,感覺不錯。店舖座位不太多,幸好我朋友醒目,一早 book 定位,因為去到 8 點左右就 full 晒啦。每張枱都幾大,座位係梳化椅,大大張坐得幾舒服。上菜之前我們可自行配搭豉油的材料,記得早點整呀,因為上菜時會拿走的。 火鍋的湯底是尚鮮龍皇海鮮湯。不過,原來在正式打邊爐之前,我們先飲碗龍蝦海鮮湯啦!濃稠的海鮮湯混合了新鮮龍蝦、大蝦和蟹餚成,而沒有添加任何味精。湯的味道很香甜濃郁,仲有一些海鮮肉的鮮味,好好飲。龍蝦和蟹都大大隻好多肉,肉質鮮甜。清酒冷鮑魚 - 其實我有懷疑過,鮑魚係咪已經煮熟,不過為安全起見,我們一致認為要煮一陣至食。涮過的鮑魚味道較淡,已經食唔出酒味,但肉質都很新鮮而有嚼勁。牛三拼:有特尚手切牛、牛邊位、安格斯牛柳粒等。牛肉都相當新鮮,脂肪都均勻分佈,薄切的牛肉很快便熟了,唯牛柳粒需要涮欠一點,咬落去都幾稔易入口,都幾有牛肉的鮮味。四色丸尚盛:包含金沙牛丸、黑松露豬肉丸、甜薯墨魚丸、玫瑰鮮蝦丸。每粒肉丸很明顯係人手搓的,並非批發的現成貨,肉質都相當彈牙爽口,肉質都頗稔。墨魚丸裡面有少少紫薯蓉添,都幾追得上紫薯潮流喎,但係最衰我點了豉油,就食唔到裡面粒紫薯係乜味啦。另外仲有黑松露豬肉丸,可能太好食的關係,都俾我兩個朋友搶先食晒 lu。燒芝心獅子九卷 - 裡面有芝士,岩晒我呢個芝士怪啦,尤其在涮熱左之後,咬落去有些芝士流出,好味道。田園盛 - 有生菜啦、有蘿蔔啦、有粟米啦、有冬菇和雜菇等,份量十分豐富,材料都相當新鮮。百花釀油條 - 呢個我勁推介!平凡的油炸鬼,釀了蝦肉後味道更鮮甜,鍾意涮火鍋又得,就咁食都得,因為釀蝦肉已經煮熟。每件油炸鬼炸到脆卜卜,但我覺得放在火鍋浸稔左就浪費了脆卜卜的口感。鮮炸響鈴 - 涮過都仲好好味喎,感覺上仲減少左油膩感~原來呢晚我們三個女生,唔覺唔覺已叫左好多野食,個個食到捧住個肚走。呢餐均人消費約 300 多,價錢實在唔平,但勝在食物質素夠新鮮。…Read More
