今日約咗朋友出太子,平時老細就一定會去佢嗰間童年情意結扒房食港式牛扒🤭🥩但今日比我搵到另一間,都係金字頭:金翠餐廳~估唔到有啲驚喜!!🥰👍🏻門面嘅裝飾最吸引我~「掂過碌蔗」喎~有邊個唔想呀?!🥰😍🤣新年流流好意頭呀!!尤其佢嗰度鐵閘,簡直就係兒時回憶!🥰🙏🏻咁啱打緊卡果陣老闆娘咁啱響門口整理餐牌,見我哋眼望望,就熱情招待我地入內進餐,佢介紹佢哋個晚餐餐牌每個星期都會變,今日就有和牛西冷,咁就即管試下啦!!佢話呢隻西冷係美國嘅和牛配黑椒汁,跟薯角,油份無日本嗰啲咁厚,所以唔會太油膩,而且主要係食肉味,唔會用太多鬆肉粉同調味料,仲好抵,套餐包括湯、麵包、沙律、甜品同飲品~老細鍾意食肉眼,貪佢夠淋夠肉味,呢款係1855澳洲特級肉眼配燒汁跟薯條🍟,肉質好軟熟~仲大塊過我塊面!!店內燈光比較暗,佈置裝飾主打一個懷舊情懷,每一面牆都係一個打卡點…霓虹光管…仿煤氣燈…士多鐵閘…好似返咗去細路仔嗰陣時咁!!🥰老闆話佢哋仲有美味焗飯,都好受歡迎😍所以叫多個招牌豬扒焗飯試下,食唔曬就打包,啱晒聽日帶飯!🥰🥰豬扒又係大大件,飯底當然要炒底啦,配上鮮茄炒蛋醬汁,焗完香噴噴😌鋸完扒都忍唔住要食多幾啖!🤪😜老闆話原來佢哋係響荔枝角道搬咗過嚟大半年,但係舖頭已經有11年歷史啦!所以都有好多街坊客,不過疫情呢幾年生意都好難做,希望可以捱到落去…😥😓街坊小店~小家庭經營~大家都多多幫襯啦!!保留返一個咁有香港特色嘅地方!🥰🥰🙏🏻 continue reading

香港舊式扒房餐廳數得出唔算很多間,位於太子金翠餐廳,鄰近地鐵站出口行1分鐘就到,地點方便🚶‍♀️餐廳裝潢睇得出很花心思有特色,很多懷舊設計,霓虹燈牌圖案✨️餐牌很多扒餐選擇我地點咗是日精選晚餐紐西蘭PS西冷牛扒 拼 大蝦餐包,餐湯,有大大份蟹子雜果沙律,仲有甜品添😍另一份帶子西冷牛扒除了沒有雜果沙律,其它都一樣有齊哂店員送上枱已經好震撼🤩超大份又厚又大份西冷牛扒,面上勁多蒜蓉,店員姐姐準備淋上黑椒汁時,我地一手拎住餐紙巾,另一隻手要開定手機打吓卡🤣講番食物西冷牛扒先,鐵板高温,令到肉汁鎖住外,肉質很軟腍,配上黑椒汁更加惹味😋大蝦都很彈牙,帶子厚肉另外餐飲轉了特飲紅荳冰很大杯,紅荳份量又多又腍鹹檸七粒鹹檸很大粒最後甜品係我最愛啫喱😋出面真係好耐都冇食過有花奶落嘅啫喱😍超滿足出開太子可考慮來食,哩度店員都很有禮貌👍 continue reading

星期日的下午約三點堂食,全場大約半滿。裝修走懷舊香港特色風格,地方算大,座位也算寬敞好坐。點了個蘇格蘭肉眼五成熟加蒜蓉,跟餐先上餐包羅宋湯凍檸茶來得很快,餐包微暖算鬆軟,羅宋湯偏咸,凍檸茶正常茶餐廳出品。牛扒份量算大份,易切,有肉味,做到五成熟。薯條放牛扒底下肯定不會脆,但意外地好味。黑椒汁夠香夠味但鐵板好像不太夠熱,只有咋咋兩聲。食完牛扒還有小杯啫喱做甜品,不用加飯或意粉都夠飽肚,整體來說很完滿很滿足。蘇格蘭肉眼五成熟 continue reading
