To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

自從紅橋旺角店結束後就好像失去了一間街坊西餐廳,但原來她們是有太子分店的,今天就去吃一頓晚餐吧。由於我是從主餐牌上單點主食,我另加了$15加配套餐,包括了餐湯和餐飲。餐湯為蘑菇忌廉湯,溫度夠熱也有突出的蘑菇味,不過麵粉落得太多又融不了以致湯裡有些結塊。黑松露忌廉汁野菌海蝦帶子意粉($75)熱辣辣煮好,有很香的松露味,意粉偏幼身但未幼得如天使麵那樣,生熟度控制得不錯。海鮮方面,蝦仁質地爽彈但沒有甚麼蝦味,而珍珠帶子味道偏腥麻麻地。餐飲方面熱奶茶味道不錯,有點港式風味。餐廳環境光猛簡潔乾淨,夏日來說冷氣充足。紅橋可以說是街坊西餐,價錢算是實惠,還沒有加一服務費,經濟之選。 continue reading

今天途經太子花墟附近,見到一間幾年前曾經光顧過的餐廳,不過這間已是新舖了。我們享用了兩款晚餐,一款是炸軟殼蟹忌廉意粉,另一款是黑松露忌廉海鮮意粉。另外加了 2 份前菜「鴨胸沙律」及 1 份小食「蜜糖雞翼+蝦多士」。首先,跟餐我們點了忌廉湯,湯內有不少磨菇片,夠味的,不過不夠忌廉味,比較似港式茶記風味。沙律是日式胡麻醬的雜菜沙律,伴有兩片煎得香口的鴨胸。軟殼蟹意粉,有一隻炸得酥脆的軟殼蟹,配上濃郁的忌廉汁意粉,相當美味。黑松露海鮮意粉,內有青口、煎帶子、煎蝦仁各一隻,淡淡的黑松露忌廉汁,有着另一種美味。小食是蜜糖雞翼,這些是單骨炸雞翼(有6件),非常好味可口,蝦多士有2件,炸得香脆,蝦膠厚厚,但質地比較實,這款我覺得一般。餐飲點了兩杯熱咖啡。這頓晚餐吃得相當滿足啊! continue reading

有一天,我們在花墟行吓時,到咗夜晚就去咗醫肚啦,經過咗西式意粉點就入咗去,這個環境的確唔錯,到咗夜晚6點,就越嚟越多人排隊啦,我呼籲大家如果唔想排隊6點前入餐廳😉,這個服務態度十分好,老闆好有禮貌地回答問題,我叫咗 D餐(黑松露海鮮忌廉儈意粉$92),晚餐可能用料貴啲所以尚算合理,這個套餐包含中西湯及熱飲,我就叫左中湯,湯十分有益,而我朋友嗌咗C餐(蜜莎豬助骨 伴蛋包飯$92)份量相當充足,又濃郁,真係食唔停口,另外這間不收服務費,價錢相當合理 continue reading

今日和朋友經過太子,到虹橋吃午餐。午餐時間非常多人等位,我們等了15分鐘才能入座。我點了白酒忌廉汁西蘭花煙三文魚焗飯,紫薯湯,凍奶茶。紫薯湯味道不錯,其他餐廳少有。可能人多的關係,焗飯等了大約20分鐘才到。焗飯味道美味,煙三文魚份量幾多。我們走的時候,出面仍有多人等候。 continue reading

太子花園街的食肆選擇頗多,與友人選了這間大家都未試過的茶餐廳進膳,沒料到有驚喜,日後出花墟一定會再來!1) 粟米忌廉湯看似平平無奇的忌廉西湯, 湯底濃厚(友人估計是打過薯仔蓉加入做湯底, 未有求證), 足料粟米及洋葱, 口感實在而且滑溜, 份量剛剛好。2)羅勒醬忌廉汁煙三文魚闊條面我愛青醬所以點這個菜, 煙三文魚卷成花放意大利面中央, 看得出廚師製作一點兒也不馬虎。除三文魚外, 碟內尚有少量蔬菜, 如蘆筍及茄子, 三文魚不會太鹹, 非常腍身, 以刀义撕開再加上蔬菜配料來食, 能做到啖啖面條都有餸入口。青醬味道及闊條面口感算是不過不失。3)鮮茄菠羅芝士雞扒焗飯焗飯總是需要時間, 這個菜稍遲才上到枱。菠羅不多, 一件雞扒已切開四份, 芝士與蕃茄醬已焗成一體, 吃起來有少少拉絲, 配撘米飯, 不錯!4)凍檸茶以為要湯就不再有餐飲, 原來兩者皆得。炎炎夏日飲凍檸茶透心涼。 continue reading
