古今二 呢間「古今二」係我第二次回訪,食物質素依然高質,今次係同朋友一齊嚟荃灣食野,朋友住天水圍,叫我揀餐廳,我一諗就諗起「古今二」,佢哋係一間中高價位嘅日式餐廳,而且距離荃灣西鐵站只需要行七分鐘, 沿途可以經過天橋, 對輪椅人士來說十分方便。呢間餐廳除了有傳統的壽司之外,裏面嘅菜式仲有創意壽司,講到環境就十分安靜,好啱坐低聚會傾計,餐廳裝修大多數係木製加混合少少工業風,餐廳通道算寬闊,輪椅人士入去食絕對唔係問題!1.超級龍捲風$88(9/10)每舊壽司入面有炸蝦、芝士、鰻魚同脆片,每一啖都係非常滿足, 一碟有八舊壽司,份量非常足夠, 加上有少少酸酸嘅汁作調味,令到整個菜式唔會好膩!2.清酒煮蜆$128(10/10)入面每一隻蜆肉都非常肥美又清甜又無沙,一上桌已經聞到陣陣清香嘅酒味,令人食指大動,當中份量都好足夠,大約有20隻蜆以上,除咗用清酒煮之外,仲加海帶布、洋蔥同菇湯底好清甜,搞到我好想再叫多次清酒煮蜆!3.大阪自家製炸雞$78(10/10)呢個炸雞雖然一碟只有五舊,但每舊炸雞起碼有一個乒乓球咁大,食起嚟非常夠熱,炸到外脆內軟,肉質又夠嫩滑,仲可以點沙律醬,我呢排戒酒,如果唔係一

1.超級龍捲風$88(9/10)
每舊壽司入面有炸蝦、芝士、鰻魚同脆片,每一啖都係非常滿足, 一碟有八舊壽司,份量非常足夠, 加上有少少酸酸嘅汁作調味,令到整個菜式唔會好膩!

2.清酒煮蜆$128(10/10)
入面每一隻蜆肉都非常肥美又清甜又無沙,一上桌已經聞到陣陣清香嘅酒味,令人食指大動,當
中份量都好足夠,大約有20隻蜆以上,除咗用清酒煮之外,仲加海帶布、洋蔥同菇湯底好清甜,搞到我好想再叫多次清酒煮蜆!

3.大阪自家製炸雞$78(10/10)
呢個炸雞雖然一碟只有五舊,但每舊炸雞起碼有一個乒乓球咁大,食起嚟非常夠熱,炸到外脆內軟,肉質又夠嫩滑,仲可以點沙律醬,我呢排戒酒,如果唔係一定叫杯酒飲!

4.鹽燒鯖魚$68(9/10)
呢條鯖魚調味唔會蓋過魚味,只係普通鹽燒
的鹽燒,旁邊仲配上醬油同檸檬,不過我鍾意咩都唔加,原味食先食到真正鮮甜嘅魚味,加上呢條鯖魚無咩骨,食得好方便!

5.白桃柚子烏龍$38(10/10)
呢杯白桃柚子烏龍飲落去茶味中帶點柚子
蜜嘅味道,仲有加咗好多白桃果肉,粒粒都係新鮮,柚子就帶一點澀,整個飲品很清新!

之後開始就食冷盤,打頭陣係食字嘅「柚你蝦我」,沙律有兩隻蝦,雪梨,蕃茄仔,一堆西柚同菜,當我以為係得呢啲伴菜嘅時候,一撈落去先知原來仲有中華沙律嘅海草。幾款唔同口感嘅食材撈埋再加上芝麻汁嘅襯托變得好多元化。有軟糯嘅牛油果再配上爽口嘅雪梨同海草,食落去好滿足。而西柚亦都唔會話好酸,搶走晒其他嘅味道。

等多一陣兩款壽司就出場啦,分別叫咗蜘蛛同埋彩虹卷。蜘蛛卷有軟殼蟹,蟹柳,牛油果。望落份量好少,但其實食落去都飽飽地,軟殼蟹亦都係新鮮炸而佢哋嘅炸皮亦都非常之薄,唔會食到成口粉,有牛油果,青瓜作配搭就會令到油膩感降低。配上佢特製嘅醬汁令到成個卷物變得更加惹味,醬汁嘅味道唔會話太濃而掩蓋軟殼蟹本身嘅味道,反而有相得益彰嘅感覺。最後彩虹卷有幾款刺身,包埋包括有吞拿魚,三文魚,牛油果同埋一款白身魚。而飯中間就有青瓜,蟹柳同黑芝麻。咬落去魚肉非常新鮮。而且可以一口就食晒三款食物嘅口感,有彈牙亦都有一種鮮味。而好巧妙地三種魚放埋一齊,又唔會話互相掠奪咗每一款魚生本身嘅味道。下次有機會就可以試吓佢嘅二人套餐!
