卷物是古今其中一個最大賣點, 做法別出心裁 🫶🏻 今次這兩款實際是炸🍤卷跟軟殼蟹卷, 擺盤漂亮, 金龍卷拆開兩邊, 炸蝦非常脆口, 咬下去時發出咔嚓聲, 飯面放了三文魚, 再上面有千島沙律醬, 沙律醬加得妙, 能提升味道和層次! 至於軟殼蟹比炸蝦稍為遜色, 紫菜都有點淋, 中間有牛油果, 蟹柳與青瓜做配料, 也很豐富, 牛油果可以減退油膩感, 而兩款比較之下金龍卷出色 😁

朋友約在荃灣食生日飯,見openrice 食評讚好,就選擇了這間日本菜,第一次來食,訂咗位先,因為舖面坐位唔算多免得排隊。雖然見到有套餐,但我哋就決定散叫自己喜歡的特盛海鮮鍋、刺身、蜘蛛卷物和蟹柳沙律,我最喜歡個海鮮鍋,個卷物是我最愛的軟殼蟹牛油果冇得頂,刺身也好新鮮,不過沙律普通,下次可以叫其他食物。
