今日星期一Blue monday,唔想留係屋企食,同左阿媽都去荃新嘅古今二食dinner。叫左一個麻醬豆腐沙律,兩個壽司卷(煙花同蜘蛛),仲有一串黑豚荔枝串燒,同一串鹽燒白鱔。一嚟個沙律🥗好多舊豆腐,同埋啲沙律菜都一啲都唔會好老,成個沙律都好refreshing~之後兩串串燒一上嚟已經勁香碳燒味,先講黑豚荔枝,呢個組合出奇地啱key,荔枝個味balance左個肉味,兩啖食曬成串😝😝個鱔就係媽媽叫嘅,佢話啲肉食落好爽脆,好香口,仲想叫多串👾最後兩個壽司卷,一個係蜘蛛卷,入面有炸軟殼蟹,牛油果同蟹柳,個軟殼蟹炸得好好味,唔會得炸粉同唔覺得油膩,加埋牛油果同蟹柳,夠曬多料一口好滿足👍🏻👍🏻最後係煙花卷,最出色,入面個辣味吞拿魚同三文魚就算成舊一齊食,都食到啲料係好新鮮,啲魚肉加埋d脆脆,個口感好特別,我最鍾意呢個。今餐好滿意,平時唔煮飯得閒再落嚟食😋

今次出荃新天地買野,行完已經兩點左右肚仔餓餓地,又係去到邊食到邊嘅時候。經過一樓行經見到有「古今二」,餐廳側邊有三個卡座,可以望到內院景觀,決定就呢間。餐廳除有各款特色卷物供應,亦有刺身、鍋物、串燒及天婦羅等日式料理供應。亦有套餐等。之前都有食過其他分店,所以照舊點了兩款招牌卷物 《金龍卷》 ($98) 和 《蜘蛛卷》($96),即炸蝦卷和軟殼蟹卷。即叫即製,尤其炸蝦卷特別喜歡,因為上枱炸蝦仍很熱辣辣,而且十分香脆,特別好味。《龍卷風沙律》($76),勝在大大碗,可以share 食,蟹柳絲份量頗多,生菜夠新鮮,加上特有嘅帶辣味沙律醬,頗為特別。今次試新野《清酒煮蜆》($$128)配有海鮮菇、海帶及洋蔥絲。上枱都非常滾熱辣,蜆肉亦大隻肥美,脹卜卜。味道偏咸,略為清酒味不太突出,不過蜆味十足的。
