正記,元朗出名大排檔,之前已聽過,不過,一直無機會入去元朗試,今天因為約朋友行九徑山,所以順便去一試。普通大排檔形式,無論門面或裝修都充滿街坊色彩。門口隨意放有海鮮,今晚我主要來食鍋氣,也沒有太留意海鮮的種類和新鮮與否,隨便照相後就趕緊走進去找個座位坐好。餐牌的食物非常豐富,全部是廣東特色食物,無論煎炸炆煮,應有盡有。雖然才7點,但已坐滿食客,餐廳有上下兩層,侍應忙碌地照呼著,奔上走下的,兼顧兩層食客的需要。椒鹽什繪,炒至金香,脆而爽口,味道略咸,腰果金香。椒鹽炒蜆,蜆味鮮甜,肉厚爽口,可惜有壹倆只有沙。總體算不錯。椒鹽田雞,金黃外表而且辣味十足,香而有嚼口。比較失色的白菜仔,只有咸味,如果蒜茸味多點鍋氣濃點會更好。

元朗大坑渠旁邊有很多大排檔/打冷,我們最愛正記。今晚突然記起很久沒有幫襯,便過來了。鹵水豆腐。豆腐鹵得非常入味,全部"豆腐肉"已經由白色染成啡色!本人最喜歡他們的鹵豆腐是一小塊一小塊的,於是有很多"皮"的部分,極香口蒜蓉粉絲蒸蟶子皇蟶子很大隻,殻比手掌更長!蒸的火候剛好,肉質鮮美又不會"嚡"蒜蓉粉絲調味出色,不會過鹹或過油而蓋過了蟶子的鮮味。最後是臘味煲仔飯(走膶腸)煲仔飯不是煮得不好,但是真的太過油膩了臘腸和臘肉都偏肥,尤其是臘肉,有幾片完全是肥肉來的 這些油脂似乎都在煲飯時徹底滲進了米飯裏面,所以雖然開蓋時香氣四溢,吃下去亦很美味,但完成了第一碗之後已感覺很滯,吃第二碗時有點勉強(整㷛飯約有四碗,份量頗大的),浪費了廚師一番功夫總括來說,我們還是很欣賞正記的。這裏環境舒適(大排檔而言),加上食物質素高而且穩定,難怪四週餐廳頻頻轉手,它仍然屹立不倒呢!

呢間炸野非常好味,特別推薦食魷魚,魷魚鬚係粗身個種,咬落去超彈牙,魷魚感覺係新鮮個種,好鮮味。怕炸野膩,可以點佢個汁一樣好味。蠔餅都不錯,所用嘅蠔都幾大粒。美中不足係偏油左少少。如果鐘意食蠔餅推介你食元朗另一間係大坑渠邊。

呢味菜係比較清淡既所以跟左碟蝦醬仔但都好食 落左少少蒜去炒令到個餸更香而d花枝都唔會話好韌夾口得黎都算係腍既 d西蘭花就比較硬左少少但係用呢道菜黎總結都算唔錯 因為清清地又係菜會比較健康☺️
總括呢間大排擋食物份量唔多但係味道好好 而且店面坐得好舒服店員態度都唔錯 下次多人既話會再黎食過👍🏻

最後用左個菜做收結😋呢碟味道岩岩好,唔會太鹹,個花枝片姐係魷魚,冇咩特別。

感覺上大排檔嘅呀姐態度都比較差,但呢間d呀姐都唔錯,我地仲係咁叫佢幫我地加水,哈哈!而且環境都幾乾淨,坐得闊落又舒服。
