出名煲仔飯其實都唔需要特別介紹只係點解想講佢係因為一年前去食佢既煲仔飯 有啲過焦而影響晒成個飯既味道 (偏苦)所以都有成年無食前幾日涼涼地想食煲仔飯 再去番坤記 咦 又咁岩淨番一張枱叫左兩個煲仔飯 等左差唔多15-20分鐘 終於上左第一個煲仔飯好今次好食到停唔到口 飯焦剛剛好 又唔「痴」牙😂倒左半碟豉油落一煲飯到 都有少少咸 所以唔好倒太多白膳排骨飯 - 個白膳係幾肥美 臘味飯 - 臘腸係瘦 飯仲多左陣臘味味 (有啲掛住生炒糯米飯添)😛見到隔離枱 (好多枱) 都叫豬骨湯打邊爐 個湯底好足料 好多豬骨粟米 仲可以加肥牛下次試下先😄

倒左半碟豉油落一煲飯到 都有少少咸 所以唔好倒太多
白膳排骨飯 - 個白膳係幾肥美
臘味飯 - 臘腸係瘦 飯仲多左陣臘味味 (有啲掛住生炒糯米飯添)😛
見到隔離枱 (好多枱) 都叫豬骨湯打邊爐 個湯底好足料 好多豬骨粟米 仲可以加肥牛
下次試下先😄

星期六7:30嚟到已經要等位. 睇嚟應該有D料到. 等咗一鐘左右先有位. 入到嚟已經係咩都想試咩都想食既狀態睇到個餐牌重要咁多選擇, 真係一時之間有選擇困難. 經過同朋友們一番篩選. 勝出既佳麗有. 每人一煲自選煲仔飯,  炒通菜同埋九肚魚通菜好有大排檔水準, 夠鑊氣. 得椒鹽九肚魚: 出色, 炸得通透, 上枱熱辣辣. 好好食到主角煲仔飯上塲, 我比較貪心, 叫咗窩蛋牛+ 臘腸 + 咸魚.  飯粒分明, 咸魚係梅春既, 正. 牛肉都淋. 但比我想像中大煲. 睇嚟應該食唔哂白鱔煲仔飯. 呢個OK, 我唔多食鱔都入到口, 唔腥, 重幾爽口. 至於煲仔飯既精華, 我地今次就唔係煲煲有. 我嗰煲就無啦. 香港NO.1既煲仔飯!煲仔飯最引人入勝之處就係熱辣辣香噴噴,坤記真係食左咁多年都冇退步過!最出色係佢地既飯焦真係做到鬆脆而有米香,飯底用左三種米混合而成,即叫即整,淋埋煲仔飯豉油再come蓋焗一焗逼哂啲香味出黎,等緊果陣已經流哂口水🤤 頂層同中間既米軟糯有咬口,煲邊既飯焦脆到可以成塊起,索哂啲豉油汁又有炭火味,完全搶哂焦點~ 面頭既臘味同雞件直頭只係配菜黎,如果佢地整個白飯煲仔飯我都可以啪兩煲🤤😍😂

雖然呢間係出名夜晚食煲仔飯,但我一路都未有機會夜晚過嚟食。反而lunch都嚟食過幾次。佢啲lunch set都幾抵食嘅,小菜通常50幾蚊,碟頭飯或者炒粉麵飯就通常40幾蚊都有啦。而且仲會包飲品或者湯添。咖哩海鮮炒飯 $43超大碟,應該係用咖喱粉炒嘅,不過落得足料,所以咖喱味都夠。海鮮有魷魚、蝦同埋好多斑塊,都足料。飯嘅份量就真係好多啦。食完都好夠飽。飲品方面我揀咗熱嘅好立克,佢真係沖得幾好飲,唔知有冇落淡奶,因為我覺得比起平時啲好立克,呢個嘅奶味比較重。

臘味田雞飯
Chinese cured meat and frog legs rice. The preserved sausages 臘腸 were sweet and juicy, plus 潤腸 were creamy and aromatic. Frog legs was so smooth and meaty!

椒鹽九肚魚
Freshly made to order deep fried pepper salt “Bombay duck” fish. Topped with garlic and chilli, this is the definition of 避風塘 “typhoon shelter” flavour of HK!

FYI, I arrived at 5:45pm and battled with numerous aunties and uncles to squeeze in for the 1st round. Thank God that I got my seat such delicious claypot rice!
