臘味田雞飯

椒鹽九肚魚
Freshly made to order deep fried pepper salt “Bombay duck” fish. Topped with garlic and chilli, this is the definition of 避風塘 “typhoon shelter” flavour of HK!

FYI, I arrived at 5:45pm and battled with numerous aunties and uncles to squeeze in for the 1st round. Thank God that I got my seat such delicious claypot rice!

同好友都鍾意食白鱔,故淨係單獨叫咗個白鱔煲仔飯,另加$20潤腸,而冇叫雙拼白鱔煲,以免白鱔份量減少😅。
由於單叫,白鱔份量算多,件件都好肥美好滑,啖啖肉,由於加咗潤腸,冇落晒成碗豉油,以免過咸。

坤記煲仔小菜 (皇后大道西)8/10👍🏻 記得一定打電話去卜位先呀!好味係要等架。雖然非炭燒,老闆嫌瓦煲易裂,找來成本更貴的瓷煲,又以火山石代替炭火,老店在傳統中一直求變。煲仔飯用上了三種米混合而成,均勻地塗在瓦煲底的油滲透於飯內,米飯吃起來特別香滑軟糯;控制得宜的時間與火候令飯焦變得十分香脆。白鱔滑雞飯7/10👍🏻白鱔同雞都好滑臘腸牛肉飯9/10👍🏻加咗立場嘅油落飯都特別特別特別特別有油香,牛肉入味軟腍,咁樣先係心目中完美嘅煲仔飯☺️

一直身邊都有很多食神朋友推介坤記煲仔飯,到訪之前做足功課,由於坤記有兩間,總店是這間麥當勞旁邊的。果然~無敵的豬骨與豬骨髓,我跟他們要了一碟腐乳,一邊與大筒骨交流對話,拆了他的筋再用腐乳dip 一邊喝著豬骨湯。他還送了一碟菜。至於煲仔飯,它的飯ok la 不知道是否我們太貪心在立美排骨煲仔飯的基礎上加上潤腸及鹹魚令到煲仔內滿滿都是肉,另外我感覺豉油有點太甜,但飯焦卻很是可以耶,怎麼我覺得飯焦看起來有點像冬蟲草,脆到爆⋯⋯🤤

冬天特別想吃熱辣辣的煲仔飯,平常這坤記煲仔飯小菜總店必須電話預約,要不是等上兩小時也不為奇。在它眾多的馳名煲仔飯選擇下,我最喜愛他的鴛鴦腸飯。打開煲蓋,香氣四溢,圍着煲邊倒入甜醬油,上面鋪滿臘腸和潤腸,跟配菜心。米飯粒粒完美燒熟🔥,煲底的飯焦尤其出色,入口卜卜脆,吃完頓時有亂笠笠的感覺。另外,再點了椒鹽九肚魚,香脆可口,入口軟諗,鹹香之餘又邪惡,越吃越過癮。坤記煲仔飯小菜的椒鹽九肚魚,實在賣相吸引,當我們吃得津津有味時,同樣搭座的旁邊兩組客人,亦都跟着點這個椒鹽九肚魚。結果,我們一桌三組客人,就已經叫了三碟椒鹽九肚魚。

專程黎到上環,排一個半鐘頭隊嘅晚餐。比起平時煲仔飯嘅價格貴,旁邊有人食羊腩煲豬骨煲都好似幾好味。白膳雞煲仔飯$105加咗粒窩蛋$10,反而搞到啲飯濕左少少,建議唔需要加。裡面嘅餸唔多,白膳大概三四件(細),雞件就兩件左右(普通雞件唔滑亦無雞味),因此主要係食飯,偏貴。如果有下次,可能食下臘腸飯算,反正都係食飯唔食餸。食到尾煲底飯焦夠脆卜卜,飯焦黎講夠乾身係幾好食,但我唔係一個齋食飯焦就OK嘅人。😂
