Craving for a dinner spot to have a drink and do a bit of reading. I arrived pretty early and was able to get the outdoor bench seating. The environment was really good. With happy hour discount there are buy 1 get 1 drink for cocktails at $98. I have got myself a linguine Vongole and a benillin. The pasta was cooked to al dente, but the sauce was not thick and heavy enough, which makes the whole dish a bit tasteless. The clams however were quite huge and full of sweetness. 朋友訂咗位，諗住去食生日飯。預約時候已經做咗兩星期，但都係俾人安排咗坐完全冇景觀嘅偏廳。登記嘅時候reception都唔係特別有禮貌同埋welcoming 。我哋揀咗四個course嘅set，全個set裏面最好食嘅淨係嗰個送嘅頭盤。係一個蜜瓜味嘅mousse非常之開胃。之後朋友揀咗一個要加錢先食到嘅拖羅刺身頭盤，點知一食落口真係腥到不得了。同個侍應反映咗話好腥，佢竟然話係因為呢個拖羅位置所以特別” 有魚味” .....但明明就係好難食嘅魚腥味，幾乎好似唔新鮮同埋壞咗。最後去就換咗一個龍蝦頭盤俾我哋，味道算係叫做勉強過得去。而我呢就食咗個蘑菇湯同ravioli，佢哋聲稱話個蘑菇湯係完全手打出嚟但識落就好似一對竉咗嘅蘑菇咁樣湯嘅溫度亦都唔係熱又唔係凍。🥲主菜方面我嗌左個法國牛扒，首先味道方面牛扒非常蘇，亦都完全唔Tender，肉質係完全難咬開。溫度方面亦都掌握得好差上菜嘅時候基本上已經唔暖，亦都唔熱。成個course最好味嘅只係得甜品但係都係overrate 咗。作為一間米芝蓮餐廳仲要七百幾蚊一個lunch course，可以做到啲咁難食嘅食物出嚟，真係令人驚嘆啊🥲…查看更多

It’s been almost 2 years since we could travel freely because of covid . We have been desperate to search for somewhere with a Japanese vibe , and we happen to found the exact right place ! Upon arrival we were greeted with friendly Japanese waitress who dressed in kimono. All staff in the restaurant are local Japanese ! Which makes you feel exactly as if you are in Japan 😆We opted for the cheaper version of the lunch set . And it is filling enough . A constant go-to place for yum cha in HK. We had to made a booking almost a month ago to secure a seat . In weekends , there are two slots to pick from , highly recommend going for the latter session to avoid being hurried to finish the meal. 😌Started with a salmon roe dumpling , basically the freshest seafood dumpling you could get in any place in HK . And the salmon roe really highlight the entire dish 🥰Another easily missed out but must try item would be the 腐竹卷. The inner part of it is wrapped with crap meat , whereas the soup base is filled with the freshness of chicken soup. Totally a must-get item ! We wouldn’t want to miss out the 雪山叉燒包either . The bun is baked to a crispy cover whereas the inner texture is soft. We also ordered a few more dim sum like siu mai and Chueng fun . When we hit the restaurant the vibe and atmosphere really reminds me of nights in Paris. It was a small bistro with mostly high tables and bar tables . The lighting and music were just right enough for a night with drinks and conversations. We started with a classic escargot baked and seasoned with pesto. Just as what we expected it is fresh and savory.For main , we got ourselves a caramelized apple on pork chop. By far one of the best I had in town ! The pork was well seasoned and cooked to a tender texture . And the mash it came with well mingled with butter . For steak , it is just so so . But the fries besides it was in a large portion , so we were very much satisfied .For dessert , we have got the creme brûlée . Finally get to try this 3-star Michelin restaurant !! We tried to book the table about a month ago but still didn’t get arranged to be seated next to window. There were 3 selection of lunch sets - 3 courses ( appetizer , main and dessert) , 4 courses ( appetizer with soup and main + dessert ) , and 5 courses ( two mains ). The waiter went through the menu with us in a very detailed manner 😌. We went for the 5 course option for a more complete experience.The meal started with a refreshing complimentary starter - Scotland prawn. Very delightful seasoning and dressing with lime and basil.Unfortunately the courses after that is much too savory and salty. It would be better if the chef could slightly cut down on the seasoning. For main , we would highly recommend the wagyu slow cooked with red wine sauce. The meat is very tender and seasoned just to the right point .Overall, despite the slightly over seasoned dishes , we find the experience to be worthy. Another sushi restaurant that has been on my wish list for awhile😎reservation has to be made around 1 month ago. Receptionist was very welcoming upon arrival. We opt for the 8pcs set at first , but after having taste the first sushi we decided to switch to 12 PCs set . All the ingredients were fresh. The chef has also made a friendly offer to gave us less portion of rice in case we were worried that it will be too full.
