Such a surprise to them serving 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐨𝐳𝐳𝐨 - this round cutie filled with whipped cream is actually a traditional sweet bun originated from ancient Rome ( ´▽` )ノ Saw some reviews on openrice saying that it was quite dry, but I had a pretty decent experience (*¯︶¯*) The fluffy and airy whipped cream was full of vanilla aroma, paired perfectly with the soft brioche bun!! Texture of the 𝐂𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐚𝐦𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐮𝐠𝐚𝐫 𝐍𝐮𝐠𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐬 simply reminds me of puffy donuts (which unfortunately not sth that im craving for 。 ́︿ ̀。) .烈日當空的下午排了一個多小時, 期待了很久𝘈𝘶𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘦 𝘈𝘯𝘯𝘦’𝘴回歸香港, 結果超失望…本來就知道它們做的是美式Pretzel所以口感不會太煙韌, 沒想到比想像中的口感更軟腍(𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐞𝐬𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐳𝐞𝐥是東海堂芝士棒的軟度…) 整個面包都油油的不好吃(´・_・`) 𝐎𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐳𝐞𝐥 其實就是一個假扮成Pretzel的面包, 不但完全沒有鹼水味, 還吃得到一股奇怪的雲尼拿香精味(?) Bagels had a stretchy and chewy texture after reheat, with the right amount of filling to give the perfect balance (*¯︶¯*) My personal favourites are the 𝐁𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐓𝐫𝐮𝐟𝐟𝐥𝐞 𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐦𝐬 and 𝐁𝐮𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫 & 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐧 – both are super delicious and aromatic!! 𝐁𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬𝐮 was topped with a generous amount of corn cream sauce, with biscuit crumbs and mochi inside, didnt taste werid at all and was delicious ⸜( ´ ꒳ ` )⸝♡︎ 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐧 𝐂𝐚𝐤𝐞 was very soft and fluffy, a slightly richer corn flavor than the shaved ice, but also a lot sweeter. I’d recommend getting the 𝐁𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬𝐮 out of the two!! This bar & restaurant offers both indoor seats and a spacious balcony where you chill at night.
