Hidden germ in Central for Taiwanese lunch!! Located at the ground floor food court of Central Market, it is always packed with people during weekdays lunch time(˶‾᷄ ⁻̫ ‾᷅˵) The 𝐌𝐚𝐥𝐚 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐧 & 𝐄𝐠𝐠 𝐓𝐨𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐰/ 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐞𝐬𝐞 was a delightful surprise (can ask for non-spicy version) – the chicken steak was really thick and tender, pan-fried to a cripsy skin but still retaining all the luscious juice at its interior!! There’s simply no chance to be bad when pairing with melting cheese and eggs ⸜( ´ ꒳ ` )⸝♡︎ 𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐁𝐞𝐞𝐟 & 𝐓𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐧 𝐍𝐨𝐨𝐝𝐥𝐞𝐬 is another item that is always on my order list – broth and noodles are pretty standard but meat are just AMAZING!! They were flavorful and really soft, just melt in your mouth without the need to chew at all……

發掘了一間在中環lunch time吃台灣菜的好去處!! 位於中環街市地下food court位置, 平日午餐時間都是人頭湧湧的!! 麻辣起司雞腿蛋吐司很有驚喜 (也可以請店員做不辣的版本) – 雞腿排很厚質地嫩滑, 有事先煎過鎖住肉汁, 表皮很香脆!! 油香滿滿的雞肉配上半溶起司和煎蛋, 沒有不好吃的理由吧⸜( ´ ꒳ ` )⸝♡︎ 另一款我很常點的是紅燒牛肉/牛筋麵 – 湯底和麵條都正正常常但牛肉和牛筋真的超! 出! 色! 煮得很入味而且十分軟腍, 真的是沒有牙齒放在口裏都會自己溶掉的程度……
