好耐無去食泰國菜，阿媽話有D想食，泰國菜好開胃，咁我哋都好有興趣。但係要搭車過海去九龍城食又覺得有D遠，我哋即刻上網搵，睇下港島區有冇近近地嘅泰國餐廳，咁就搵到金蘭花啦。餐廳環境都算舒適，唔係特別華麗，唔係特別靠裝修，有實力嘅感覺。前菜點咗幾款。酸辣鳳爪係酸酸辣辣，好開胃嘅菜式，阿媽食到唔停。我比較鍾意炸蝦餅及燒豬頸肉。2樣多好香口，炸蝦餅口感彈牙而豬頸肉有好多肉汁，好好食。泰式炒椰菜苗炒得夠火候，味道正正常常，份量都幾多。炒金邊粉又係夠鑊氣，調味甜酸辣平衡得好好，好食。蝦膏炒飯都唔錯，唔會過鹹，呢餐食得好滿足。…查看更多

好耐無同婆婆去飲茶，之前因為疫情原因，無去酒樓餐廳食飯，困在家中2個多月，現在疫情無咁嚴重，我哋決定出去飲一次茶。地點都係去返之前有食過嘅譽滿，譽滿一向水準都穩定，而且價錢唔貴，算係幾抵食。蝦餃1籠有4隻，皮薄，入面蝦肉新鮮爽口，點少少辣椒油最啱我口味。臘味飯婆婆鍾意食飯，所以去飲茶都會叫個煲仔飯嚟食，臘味飯嘅臘味唔會過肥，而飯粒好乾身，加少少豉油撈嚟食已經好好味。好快就成煲食晒。其他點心都幾好，春卷好脆，蘿蔔糕、叉燒包都保持到水準，應該都會keep住嚟食。…查看更多

My colleagues organized a welcome dinner for one of our team members and they decided to go for hotpot, Sichuan Hotpot in particular. I can’t really take the heat so I asked them to prepare another soup base for me and they were kind enough to order the tomato soup base as the other half the soup base combination.We had some ready-to-eat appetizers before starting the hotpot feast. We ordered plenty of dishes for the hotpot. We had a few different kinds of meats and I enjoyed the beef quite a lot. They were so tender which even amount of fat. I don’t eat lamb so I didn’t try that but my colleagues said it was good also.I would say the medium level chili soup base was a bit over for me, but I think the entry level of the chili soup might be ok for me. 朋友帶我去咗食西餐，入到去先知原來係酒吧。不過睇餐牌又唔似普通酒吧咁得小食供應，都有提供幾多款唔同主菜，幾種肉類都有，睇餐牌就覺得同一般餐廳無分別啦。點咗2個套餐，包埋沙律同埋餐湯，份量好夠，食到好飽。慢煮西班牙黑毛豬鞍配鵝肝成道菜嘅味道都好豐富，鵝肝煎得香脆，無overcook導致漏晒油，好香好食。黑毛豬鞍係厚切，肉質夠嫰，一D都唔硬，唔使花好多氣力咀嚼就可以食完。朋友食香煎大蝦配辣椒蒜香意粉，睇落都炒得幾夠鑊氣，應該都唔錯。呢間酒吧就算唔去飲酒，淨係食飯都係好好嘅選擇。…查看更多

深水埗一向都係搵食勝地，真係想食乜都有!淨係火鍋都有幾十間任你揀正斗我幫襯過一次，印象中都幾好佢地唔止打邊爐，仲有得打冷、刺身、蒸氣鍋可以一路打邊爐一路打冷~啱哂一大班人食物質素幾唔錯，火鍋料都幾多唔同選擇我地叫左一份黃牛三寶，入面包括有牛胸爽、黃牛喉、黑柏葉價錢唔貴，都係$128仲叫左至尊牛肉薈，一碟有幾款唔同既牛肉/部位 ，堅係抵食喎牛肉好正，雪花紋勁靚，入口即溶，越食越想食!另外仲有手打四寶丸，真係粒粒手打，絕對唔係攞貨返黎賣個種最正係個手打墨丸，入口彈牙，仲食到墨魚粒係入面。黎到呢度點會唔食下潮州野呀我地就叫左一份家鄉煎蠔烙，即係我地所認識既煎蠔餅，不過佢就比較似係炸多啲都幾大份，一上枱勁香! 蠔仔粒粒飽滿，新鮮無異味，正!…查看更多

I got off work late, yet again~ and thought I would have dinner before heading home. On my way to the bus stop I saw this little BBQ place was still open. It’s a perfect place for a solo dinner so I went inside with hesitation.The place is not big but the food is good and the prices are pretty cheap. Especially for a prime location on a main road connecting Wan Chai and Causeway Bay. I got 2 items on rice ($58) which included BBQ pork and roast goose on steamed white rice. The BBQ pork with a slight red glazed which was pretty juicy and the meat was quite tender also. The goose was great and surprisingly not too fatty, unlike other BBQ restaurants. Our bunch of friends gone to this place for our monthly dinner. The picky gourmet decided on this restaurant. She said the reviews on the internet suggest that the seafood in this steam pot restaurant are fresh. Another reason was that this place is located near the MTR station and we only need to walk 2 mins to the closest exit.We had the lobster set. The abalone was nice, I expected it to be chewy but it ended up with a nice texture after steaming. The shrimps were very good, they were steamed perfectly without overcooking. I actually enjoyed them more than the razor clam. The clams were a bit over-steamed and became chewy.The set came with beef as well, but it would have been nice if they would include some veggies in their set. 呢兩日天氣開始涼，溫度雖然好似無點下降，但隱約感覺到秋風開始吹起！天氣開始凉返啲，就想食海鮮，自己係屋企煮覺得幾麻煩。於是就約朋友去食餐海鮮餐。今次呢餐海鮮餐有啲特別，係1人蒸鍋嚟嘅。環境都Ok闊落，木枱，木凳，加上竹簾營造出一種好日系嘅Feel。如果有埋榻榻米，可能就十足日本餐廳咁啦！環境就稍為暗咗少少，如果明亮啲會更好。我地兩個都係揀咗八府巡按個set，人均三百幾。有多款海鮮，有鮑魚，聖子，蝦，蟹等，肉類有牛同雞，仲有自製燒賣，仲有個蔬菜籃。味道新鮮彈牙，配上唔同嘅醬汁就更加惹味！用一啲竹籃裝住，好得意。個蒸鍋都係細細個，可以蒸嘢又可以煮粥麵，幾正！最後我揀咗南瓜芋頭粥底，食完粥底仲有雪條食。…查看更多
