This was our second visit to the restaurant. Our first visit was around the same time last year for a weekend lunch, but unfortunately, the experience then was quite disappointing. This time, however, things have improved. I’d rate it a overall — not bad, but still below expectations for a restaurant located in a five-star hotel.We ordered the Weekend Lunch Menu and added the added the TXULETON (additional $198 for 2 people).  Overall, the food was good and flavourful. Personally recommend the SEAFOOD PAELLA (Clams, Tiger Prawn, Baby Squid, Atioti) and GAMBAS AL AJILLO (Sustainable Tiger Prawns, Garlic, Chilli Oil). Service from the front-of-house team was noticeably better than during our previous visit. This is the third Ramsay Resturant I have been to, went there for lunch during a weekday and have the lunch meanu where they change it every month. The food was good and delicious as usual, espically the Cheese Souffles and the Sticky Toffee Pudding. The perfect and faultless serivce from the Ramsay Resturant was the thing I was always looking forward. However this time was a let down, a few hiccups with the service, like forget who order which dish and other little fine details that the other Ramsay Resturants have. I am not saying the service was bad, the service was ok but not the serice I was expecting. I can feel they have been given the training and try to repucate it but it is just not there yet. My family and I went there for lunch on a Saturday afternoon, we were excited have high expectation given it is a restaurant located in the one of the best hotels in Hong Kong. However, the entire experience was ruined by the terrible service. The reception gives us a nice and warm welcome upon our arrival and shows us to our table. We sat down and take a look at the menu. We were trying to get hold of a front of house staff to order something, but is like we were invisible or something. Is hard to find a front of house staff on the floor and even we saw one we got ignore and they just pretend that they didn’t saw us which was totally unacceptable. They were lucky the service charge is not optional, if it is I wouldn’t paying it. We ordered Charcuterie Board & Bread Basket and Seafood Paella (Clams, Prawn, Baby Squid, Alioli). The Charcuterie Board was ok but the Seafood Paella was good and the seafood is fresh and tasty would recommend to order.…查看更多

Went there for lunch during the holiday, the restaurant had a nice atmosphere and good design. I like the open kitchen as there is nothing to hide from the customer and shows the restaurant confident. We had the lunch menu, we order the Black Angus Hanger Steak and Sea Bass. The steak was tough may be because we order it medium well. However, the sea bass was moist and delicious and I would recommend.
