With my friends, we got to have brunch there. After the order, we waited for one hour, and finally they told us that they did not order for us at all! My god, how that could be? I ask them to put order immediately and need a real apology for this. The brunch was unhappy due to their poor service, and the manager there was very arrogant and refused to give me us a sincere apology and insisted to charge service fee. We asked for a soup and a dinner set, but after 45 minutes when we finished the soup, we asked why the dinner set was not ready. The boss said he was too busy and forgot!!!My god, the whole dinner from 9:30 pm was only for a pot of soup! I had to order some noodles, but after 10 minutes, no service at all. It was already 10:30 pm, we asked for the bill and the boss immediately cancelled the noodle, and still charged 10% service fee. We have no idea how dare they stil charged this quality of service.
