In the Landmark and had time for a quick dinner. I took a look at the menu at the entrance and found the price ok. The dan dan noodle was only $58 (hope I remembered correctly). That was no doubt a very good choice in this luxury mall. Anyway, I was happy with the dan dan noodle becoz of the rich peanut butter or sesame paste ( I can’t tell which is which). That made the soup tasty and added layers. Had been disappointed by all other dan dan noodle I tried lately. I would highly recommend this. The variety of restaurants now gave me a total new impression to TKO. I’ve tried Chef Stage in Yuen Long and was quite good. I decided to bring my parents here when I learned there a branch in TKo. It was three of us and I could not order too much. A soup of the day for each of us. A mozzarella cheese with tomato salad, 4pcs of Oysters, a US ribeye 12oz, and a linguine vongole to share. And I got a free cocktail kiwi mojito by joining the membership. What I like the most was the salad. It was so refreshing。I was quite satisfied with the linguine too. Love the chewy texture and the natural sweetness from the clams. It tasted fresh. I forgot to take pic of the ribeye. But my parents were very happy with that too. 因為自己生日,可以食好d,咁就試下on list 的嘉麟樓。裝修真係好古色古香,背景音樂係有電視劇裏面夜上海的感覺。一般去到高級酒樓,就會點普洱茶,係可以試得出酒樓究竟對茶葉有幾注重。我香港交流的普洱茶唔錯,幾香醇。由於唔知點揀,所以直接叫左個人頭價$688 的套餐,另外爸爸想試下燒味,再額外叫多個化皮乳豬,部長好好,提醒我地可能會太多,建議我地要半份就好了。當然我地覺得要一整份都無問題的。首先上台的係叉燒拼海蜇頭,厚切叉燒,肥瘦剛剛好,但對我來說味道偏甜,至於海蜇頭好爽脆。然後就是化皮乳豬,鬆脆的皮及肉中間夾了一片麵包,爸爸表示真係入口職化,好好食,我麵認同的。接著是幾味海鮮主菜,我覺味食材和醬料的味道不調和,甚至乎互相搶風頭。反而個瑤柱羹係好出色,好香好足料,滿滿一口都是瑤柱,但我就建議可以省略切絲的花膠,切成絲的花膠失去了花膠原有煙銀充滿膠質口感。火鴨炒飯好夠鑊氣,我食到啖啖肉。全個餐最出色的係蛋白杏仁茶,我食過最好味的蛋白杏仁茶,蛋白真係好滑,我估計打蛋白係輕輕蒸過,在碗底成形,再沖杏仁茶落去,食到我心心眼。最後係送的美點相輝,一見到個籠就想帶返屋企,合桃酥好食,椰汁糕我只可以講唔係我杯茶。特別提一提,我全家都好鍾意食餐前小食,糖炒合桃,都好正,唔夠可以添的。整體黎講服務好好,令到成個套餐更上一層樓。…查看更多
話說本人行10幾分鐘路程,終於去左石硤尾村的茶館,好開心有常餐,即係特餐,即係唔多需要技術簡簡單單的炒蛋、火腿加公仔麵。我叫B餐,疫情期間,睇唔到口形,聽錯係人之常情,要確認係落單個人的責任。 anyway, 我叫B餐,落單阿姐轉頭遞張單黎,背對住我的,好似好忙咁,但講左句睇下啱唔啱,既然你叫得我睇,我梗係睇,一睇落左D餐,我咪即刻同佢講。阿姐的第一反應係:「我又俾老細鬧!」然後再問:「D 丫嘛!」我:「唔係,係B, 我叫B。」阿姐:「咪D囉。」語氣態度麵非常差,我仲要感覺到俾人威迫,嚇窒左。最後先B for Boy 確認係B餐。阿姐本來都走左了,又轉頭想扮可憐:「真係唔食?我又俾老細鬧了!」意指我累佢。 講真我即時話你知落錯單,你即時去改,好過你花幾分鐘嚇我。然後其實張單只係手劃改左。最過分的係,幫後面隔離枱落單時,繼續單打我,阿姐你唔係呀? 如果唔係落錯左我呢張單在先,你會之後問多句「D for Dog?」食物無咩特別,但經驗係難忘地惡劣,我係斯文人,唔同你拗,俾係第個,你俾人打啦。…查看更多
Finally had a chance to come for lunch. Compared to other restaurant in the public house estate, it has a rather high end decoration, though it served like a fast food restaurant that guests ordered first before taking a seat. For a simple lunch, I ordered a lunch set with the Pasta with Spanish ham and clam in tomato sauce. The set came with a soup and a drink. Today’s soup is a pumpkin cream soup and I ordered a coffee. They’re were so far so good. To the pasta, I was first amazed with the al dente texture it was made. It passed the first criteria of good pasta. Then i was disappointed immediately with the first taste. The restaurant was too generous with salt, I believe. All too salty that I can’t finish which is very rare for such portion. And the Spanish ham was served in cube. I think it’s better to serve thin slice to reduce a bit of the salty flavour. …查看更多
Was very hungry and therefore I ordered the big breakfast. Turned out it was really big that I could not finish. Neither did my frd. I would love to have half of the portion with 1/3 cut on the price 😂. Or next time I’ll share one with my frd. My another frd ordered the French toast. She again left the whole piece on the plate (together there were two piece). I expected to site at outdoor area but seats where limited. We were seated in the dining area where I felt could be pretty nice for a formal dinner. For breakfast, it’s so so. I was surprised that no service charge which was just great in time like this. …查看更多
