Bookmarked for soooo long and finally after years, I decided to give it ago seeing their speciality, hojicha pistachio cake.Visually, pretty appetising and appealing. Covering with loaded pistachio nibs while cake itself was in light brown colour. Look fluffy with its promising height. Trying without heating up, pistachio nibs gave so much crunch from this fluffy cake. Personally prefer to get those with crunchy toppings otherwise feeling a bit bland with a boring texture. Hojicha flavour wasnt as strong as I hope for. Decided to warm it up with microwave as recommended written on the cake box. Hojicha flavour indeed tasted stronger but still on a mild side. Very moist and light. Not on a sweet side and not much egg flavour like some other Japanese cakes tasted. Pairing with the pistachio nibs, it was a very light dessert. Not bad.

食完飯滿心歡喜,去買個甜品食🤠成日見到呢間嘢都好想試吓🤓佢有好多種口味,見到佢啲撻皮咁淺色🤨心諗,可能真係北海道嘅味道🤨點知買咗返屋企時,之後發現無敵難食🤢🤢🤢唔知點解所有既撻都要有芝士蛋糕底😵💫啲味道係完全唔match,有種好似食垃圾嘅味道🤮真係咁多年都未食過啲咁難食嘅甜品撻☠️味道唔夾不但止😑撻皮又唔脆又唔硬😮💨仲要林既,啲cream係好似食牛油咁🫠🫠🫠🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢

食完晚飯經過見到呢間餅店,有好各式各樣嘅撻,賣相幾吸引,就諗住試下佢。青森蜜柑忌廉撻 $26當我咬下第一口時,我立即感到失望,撻皮唔夠酥脆,它的味道相當平淡,缺乏層次感。忌廉的味道也非常普通,口感唔夠順滑,偏酸。但蜜柑尚算香甜。
