男友生日第一激,做定功課,船屋係首選!坐公車去媽閣廟,一下車就是船屋門口,門口寫午市休三點,那時剛好兩點,没有訂位博一博,一推木門,另有一番風味..那擺設..那枱布..蠻懷旧的!男侍應生先叫我們等等,執好枱才豎起拇指示意我們入座,讚!坐下極速點餐先來炸馬介休球,葡國特產唔係唔試呀本身喜歡炸物&薯蓉,但味道偏淡,馬介休味不濃,未見突出.再來橄欖蒜香炒蜆一大窩,粒粒蜆肉連殼,鮮甜不油腻,男友不好海鮮竟連湯飲埋,可想而之葡國炒飯?忘了名字味道不錯夠惹味,蝦何其多,重點係填飽肚子!飲品冇影!啤酒夠啤(Super Bock)!汽水夠汽(熱情果)!正呀!一定會再黎!

Cute, quaint portuguese joint in Old Macau serving an extensive menu of well-made dishes. THe bread served with the meal is warm and soft and highly addictive. the octopus salad (strong and oniony but the octopus is really tender and not rubbery at all)
the cod cakes (again tastes fresh and flavourful with no fishy smell)
the oxtail (stodgy and lovely but huge portion so plan accordingly),
the clams with sweet and spicy peppers in a red saffron-y sauce (the sauce is so good you will drink it!)
the chorizo (standard)
the peri peri chicken (a bit salty but perfectly cooked)

Portions were quite large so we struggled to finish ..hehehe

The signature dessert Serradura is a small cup of milky custard with a sweet powder on top. It is absolutely delicious in both plain milk and milk+chocolate variations.
We shared a bottle of bubbles, 2 glasses of port each and all this food and the bill was still surprisingly low by HK standards.
My only issue was the service which was lacklustre. We asked the waiter for bread before our meal (seeing the bread on other tables) and he snapped at us "you have to wait. OKAY? it will come in time" or something to that effect. We really did not appreciate being talked to like we were ten-year old children asking for chocolate before dinner. I don't care if you think you're being funny or whatever. For future reference, the answer to "can we have some bread?" is just "yes".

It used to be a place where people in the know went to relax and eat great local Portuguese food, however now it has become a factory of substandard meals and exhausted servers who just want you ordered, eaten and gone.
Last night I took a group of my friends and was completely embarrassed by the food quality. The chorizo was far more fatty and of lower quality then it used to be. We also ordered spare ribs, veal and and something else I can't even remember because the all of the meats tasted the same.. tough and overcooked with equally as tough and overcooked french fries.
I used to go specifically for the Feijoada. It used to be a 10 out of 10. Now I would rate it a 4. It was mostly beans, bone and pork skin with very little pork or sausage.
The waiting staff was overworked and tired so they often forget to bring things like chili sauce, rice and bread when asked.
Additionally, I had tried to phone the restaurant all morning to ask if we could come 30 minutes after our reservation. A very shrill older women answered in Cantonese and would hang up when she heard English. I finally gave up.
I am so sad to say that I will NEVER be going to A Lorcha again. I have great memories of the place but the food just isn't up to par any more.

Andy 一直問我生日想吃什麼,正日當天老妹還在澳門啦想了很久 ... 不如就試試葡國菜吧,也很草率的爬了一下文就決定來這裡啦,真的幸好有預先訂座!!每桌之間距離很小,會有很擁擠的感覺不過它真的很厲害!! 客人可是絡繹不絕呢~如果沒訂位的話,可能就要失望而回嚕大大的餐包,外微脆 內鬆軟的豪氣的搽上大量牛油更是滋味,可惜...肚子的容量也佔了不少 ><"炸蝦角期望過高了,內裡是一堆蝦碎混著薯泥之不過它也蠻香脆可口的啦橄欖蒜香炒蜆份量多到令人滿足,3個人就好像在尋寶一樣邊吃邊讚嘆它的美味 與 份量香菜 + 蜆 這特別的配搭是意料之外的棒,獨特的香氣 搭上 鮮美的蜆肉還沒吃光光,Andy 跟 老妹已經異口同聲的叫我在家做個A貨來試試葡式燴海鮮飯海鮮的料很豐富,湯頭是滿滿的精華米飯更吸飽了湯汁,吃得出~幸福的感覺!被我挖到寶出來了,有半隻螃蟹更有爆膏的蟹蓋,也太美妙了葡國雞肉質嫩滑,葡汁味道香濃但雞件太大件了,吃起來會很狼狽還配了碗飯,嘿嘿這個艱鉅的任務當然就落在男朋友身上嚕...((偷笑熱情果汽水好喝,唯一的缺點就是太貴了隔天在超市發現它的蹤影,這裡的價格差不多有5-6倍..

SANGRIA: OK啊, 酒味幾重, 如果伍怕酒味重GE人, 可以試下, 得我同妹2個人飲都飲左一JAR去~

豬仔包: 我地8個人, 佢比左3個包, 點汁都幾好味~ 其實人地話點西班牙炒蜆戈個汁伍錯, 可惜我地伍食得辣, 就叫左橄欖蒜香炒蜆, 點戈個汁都OK, 我爸同媽就攞黎點燴牛尾個汁, 佢地話戈個MATCH D!

馬介休沙律: 如果比多次我叫, 我伍會叫. 佢伍係伍好味, 只係我覺得有D酸得制... 當我食到一舊幾大的馬介休的時候, 完全伍覺得似魚... 總之伍係好MATCH NA...

葡國雞: 開頭伍叫嫁, 因為見到其他食評對呢個餸伍係甘好評. 但係媽咪覺得伍夠食, 就叫左了. 一試, 佢應該改名叫咖喱雞.. 伍多似葡國雞, 佢仲有一碟飯附上, 點汁OK GE...如果你SURPOSE係食正宗葡國雞就伍好叫勒... 

薯蓉焗馬介休: 呢個我推介, 幾好味, 大大舊馬介休放左係中間, 而薯蓉又伍會話好膩, 味道適中, 如果馬介休可以再咸少少, 或者濃味D就好NA~ 但係佢地MATCH得幾好GE~

炒雜菜: 不過不失, 幾大碟!

燴牛尾: 同其他食評一樣, 真係幾冧, 佢旁邊GE薯仔同CARROT都好冧, 伍錯A, 可以一試, D汁仲可以點包添~

炭燒鱸魚: OK GE... 不過乾身左D搞到有D鞋口, 但係炭燒味好重, 好惹味GE感覺, 如果有少少汁在旁點下就好D, 就伍洗甘乾! 不過旁邊D薯仔就OK NA.. 哈哈, 比佢旁邊的POTATO搶左風頭!

葡式燴海鮮飯: 來這裡一定要試, 好味啊! 又大大煲, 海鮮都很多, 有蟹, 蝦, 青口等等的海鮮係入面, 呢個係一個濕飯, 好好味啊!

橄欖蒜香炒蜆: 呢個都係黎到呢到要點GE, 一係就西班牙炒蜆, 一係就呢個, 好味GA, 都幾多下, 點包好味~

SERRADURA: 都幾好味GE, 如果想要飯後甜品, 點呢個都OK, 冇咩特別, 開頭想點朱古力醬雪糕, 但係冇朱古力醬... 所以先叫雞蛋布甸, 點知....

雞蛋布甸: BAD... 好似D蒸老左GE蛋甘... 伍好試

   三番四次去船屋都食唔到,第一次無留意就遇上落場時間(3:00pm)…,之後又遇過休息,多人……,今次早左到達仲即時入得!叫左以下食物:豬耳沙律~冷盤……,好多蒜頭及葱,又有麻油,豬耳又爽……一個好好嘅小食蜆~唔記得係咩浸蜆,不過超好食,好多芫荽,我試飲一啖個湯其實好咸,但同d蜆好夾,完全唔咸!咖哩雞~原來有飯跟,又有麵包可點汁食,咖哩香而唔辣,薯仔及雞都好大舊,雞好淋,這個對比上兩個就顯得一般了一定會再去食!!

我已來過船屋多次, 食物水準不錯, 價錢相宜. 所以即使較嘈吵也可勉強接受. 這次晚餐一樣, 食物OK, 但這個晚上卻讓一個侍應徹底破壞了.

It was Sat evening. We entered the restaurant a bit later than 8pm. There was a table available immediately. After we finished the main courses we ordered dessert and dessert wine. My boyfriend off to toilet, then a waiter approached me, telling me I have to turn the table at 930, as it's reserved for other customers. I said ok, the waiter left, then I checked the time, then I realized it was 930.
SO WE WERE TOLD TO LEAVE AT 930 AT 930. WITHOUT PREVIOUS WARNING BEFORE. AND THE DESSERT JUST ARRIVED.
長話短說, 我們在9時25分叫甜品及酒, 而侍應在9時30分叫我們離開,因為要交枱給下輪食客, 而1)甜品剛上, 2) 之前我們沒有收到通知.
最可怕的是, 那侍應竟然睜大眼睛說謊, 說他跟我說過, 而我由進門開始未跟他說過一句話. 如此低級的大話實在令我不懂如何反應。唯一的解釋是, 他應該要一早跟我們講清楚, 但他忘記了, 害怕受責, 所以不斷重覆一個低級大話。

I then called to the attention of another waiter who was in front of me. He was a bit nervous, then my boyfriend returned and I told him what happened. At this time, the waiter seemed to have come up with a solution, he decided to lie, he said he has told me we have to turn in the table at 930, while I hadn't exchanged a single word with him.

I was surprised a restaurant of long standing was so inept to handle situation like this. 1) They COULD talk to us nicely, arranged us to move to another table for another big group of customers. 2) If there's really no table available, they SHOULD NOT take our order at 9:25 while we needed to go 5 minutes later. 3) They SHOULD NOT insist they had communicate with us about this while they haven't. 4) And, last but not least, they SHOULD apologize. Instead, the waiter (there's just this one big liar, I have to be fair) lied in the face.
They missed 1, 2, 3, 4 opportunities to make it up.

但即使如此, 他也可以有多個處理方法, 1) 他可以安排我們到另一張枱, 2) 不應該在我們要交枱5分鐘前為我們落單, 3) 不應該講大話, 4) 簡單一句sorry.
但他寧願講大話, 我們實在難以接受.
後來事情鬧大, 非常不愉快, 我承認最後我們反應過大了, 如令其他食客不安, 深感抱歉. 但那一刻實在難以接受一個完全沒有需要的大話。

Here I have to say at last we overacted as we were caught in emotion. We found it humiliating. And we couldn't bear the plain lie. We hereby sincerely apologized to other customers who was affected by us. But again I urge you to understand it was because we were humiliated in the first place.

In conclusion, the food was nice. The service was usually good. As I said I have been here for many times, this was the first time I encountered such thing. But, for sure we wouldn't come back again. And as a piece of advice, I would say, there are many better choices in Macau for Macanese/Portuguese food. For similar standards and environment, I highly recommended O Porto Interior which sits on the same street, which I actually dine there more often.
結論, 這間餐廳的食物是不錯的, 當然我不會再去了. 對其他食客的建議是, 澳門好的澳葡菜有的是, 同一條街的內港餐廳便很不錯, 我也是那兒的常客.而且裝修更有特色,也沒有那麼嘈吵.

嚟都澳門當然要去食 葡國菜, 朋友說上次去食過味道不錯。於是打電話訂定枱。內裡環境優雅,好像一間很地道的 餐廳, 地方整潔,店員也有禮貌。 我們點了葡式炒蜆,味道不錯,也鮮甜, 份量十足,但是偶然會吃到沙。馬介休球, 只有三粒份量不多, 沒有什麼味道 好像一個炸薯蓉。 非洲雞, 朋友形容得很好,好似 快餐店早餐 雞扒的味道,醬汁味道較淡, 雞肉質較散。 其他的餸菜也只是過得去!係呢杯紅酒溝鮮果,味道不錯,反正水要另計,所以叫了一渣,大家一齊飲。但就沒有朋友說的好味道,對今餐的 葡國菜很失望!

家人過兩天回美國,趁有空檔便一齊過澳門三日兩夜為食遊。第一站船屋入鄉,當然隨俗,所以吃葡菜。入內只覺裝修屬於西式懷舊,白牆襯深色木,圓拱通道,格子餐桌布配木椅,感覺幾舒適。食物,還是點些大路的:燒牛肋骨好濃郁的炭火烤味,肉地不會過乾,味道稍平淡海鮮燴飯必須再吃多一次!蝦仔青口蟹仔等村料不可能全是遊水貨式,但!它有本事令你吃得像龍蝦湯那程度的鮮!!!好吃程度更勝西班牙及意大利式燴飯。葡式炒蜆蜆無沙,味道又跟香港的是兩個世界,用乾蔥洋葱白酒橄欖油等材料做出來的蜆,會令人吃不停以上乃當日最深印象的餸菜,其餘的,看相吧

I did my homework before picking A Lorcha for our little party of 4. We had 2 family members visiting from San Francisco, and I wanted to impress. Thanks to other posters on OpenRice, I knew reservations were a must here. Calling a few days ahead, we got 9pm reservations on a Friday night. The cab we took knew exactly where the restaurant was. Thanks to other posters on OpenRice, I knew reservations were a must here. Calling a few days ahead, we got 9pm reservations on a Friday night. The cab we took knew exactly where the restaurant was. The place was still bustling when we arrived.

Service:

Friendly, engaging, attentive. Food arrived quickly, plates were cleared and replaced regularly. We were checked on regularly, but never in a pushy way. Our server also let us know when he thought we had ordered enough food, which was really nice because, as it turned out, we totally had ordered enough food. They called us a cab to return to the hotel, and told us to just relax until the it arrived. All in all, the staff made us first-timers feel like regulars.

Food:

Warm, crusty rolls and butter showed up almost as soon as we sat. While the temptation is high to just start chowing down on this, I recommend hanging onto these to sop up the sauces from the deliciousness coming your way.

We had:

Portuguese Seafood Stewed Rice: Wow, amazing. Every grain of rice was coated with tomato-y, seafood-y goodness. And there was SO much seafood in there, just a ton of variety, and so fresh. Non-fresh seafood drives me bonkers--I was remarkably sane eating this, though totally happy. Pls note though, if you are expecting a paella...this is not it. Definitely more of a creamy-risotto-y texture than individual grains.

Cilantro/garlic clams: Comes in a covered vat large enough for 4, although when you first taste it, you will wonder if you ordered enough. Just delicious. Lots of fresh cilantro taste, which balances out the garlic and clam flavor. Here's where the rolls come in; you will want to soak up the juices that the clams have been cooking in. A word to the wise...encourage everyone at the table to have some. Garlic breath is best when it is shared.

Squid stuffed with egg, bacalao and sausage: Very well-executed, and my husband's favorite dish of the night. The filling comes still rather chunky, which I liked because I enjoyed the different textures, but I could see how someone else night prefer a more finely ground filling. The squid itself was perfectly cooked, and covered in a tomato-based sauce. We all avoided the boiled carrot and potato that came with this (pretty full at this point), with the exception of my husband, who has never met a boiled potato he didn't like.

Beet and bean salad: Nice; though nothing to call home about. The light flavor and the acidity is a nice balance to some of the heaviness of the other dishes. Also, um, eat your veg and all that, right? One order serves 4 people trying to feel less guilty about the rest of dinner.

Dessert: Flan/Egg Pudding. This was probably the biggest disappointment of the night. The pudding was stiff and bland. If I could, I would try the chocolate mousse next time.

In all, a great experience and highly recommended restaurant. We'd go back in a heartbeat.

到過幾次澳門,都未試過葡國菜,所以今次去的其中一個目的就係葡國餐,正因為她的門牌和名字,便選了。地點亦很方便, 就在媽閣廟旁邊。服務員提示份量頗大,不用點太多,所以我們只點了兩個主菜,一個小食。燴海鮮飯上桌時只見飯和很多汁,心中暗問,海鮮呢?會唔會太濕呢?然後扳兩扳,海鮮在飯下面,種類亦豐富,有蝦、青口、蟹、帶子、魚、魷魚,多到食唔哂。至於汁料方面,亦漸漸被飯完全吸收。效果相當不錯,與西班牙炆飯類似,加上用瓦煲盛載,温度可以保持到最後。Sangria葡國或西班牙流行飲品,有特色,必試。紅酒混合果汁及果粒,易入口,甜甜地,所以不知不覺喝下兩杯,面紅紅。蝦角因為無哂馬介体球,退以求其次,沒什麼特別,只是添加了薯蓉一起炸。燴牛尾比想像中美味, 味道不會太濃, 而且很香, 很腍, 配菜加上馬玲薯, 份量十足

因為無哂馬介体球,退以求其次,沒什麼特別,只是添加了薯蓉一起炸。

比想像中美味, 味道不會太濃, 而且很香, 很腍,
配菜加上馬玲薯, 份量十足

前菜就一般,太多油炸,一開始就食感覺有嘅油膩...基本上佢每位都有一份麪包,唔好睇少一個普通嘅麪包,佢地應該係親手做的,所以小麥嘅味道好突出!!海鮮飯真係名不虛傳,個醬汁好鮮甜,正!

唯一係服務態度方面就,一般啦…多數依啲出名嘅食店,服務態度都係咁上下…

咖喱雞 : 咖喱夠辣、夠香、夠濃、夠多汁。雞是鮮雞,薯仔鬆化。好吃!
