This is certainly one of the hardest to book restaurants in Hong Kong, and I do know the reason why as their food and services were of top quality. No doubt why people are willing to queue up for months for it!To begin with, their services were of top-notch! The lady who took my booking was very polite and explained everything so well (this is not always the case for restaurants in Hong Kong). To begin with, their services were of top-notch! The lady who took my booking was very polite and explained everything so well (this is not always the case for restaurants in Hong Kong). And the lady who served us also explained every dishes very well so that we would appreciate the menu and not over order. They serve only one set menu for lunch with additional dishes which you may add on top of the set.
I like every dishes in the set, in particular the Samgye risotto, I have never imagined that ginseng chicken risotto would go so well with black truffle! The set consists of a good variety of Korean traditional dishes, with a tweak on the traditional recipes which makes every dishes and this restaurant so special and stands out from all other Korean restaurants! I would love to return again (for dinner this time) if I manage to book!
