While in the Sheung Wan area, I was craving some ramen and found that Kuma Ramen was very highly rated. I got the black Kuma ramen, which came with some tender pork pieces and half an onsen egg. At $80 that's reasonable value for money, but I would rather they give me one whole onsen egg as I left not feeling full. I like how the ramen here are highly customisable. You can choose the cut of chashu pork that you want, the thickness of the noodles, the way they are prepared and whether any flavouring oil is used.
