Took 20 minutes just for the staff to understand we wanted our set meal to be served; nobody helped out the server to place the plate onto our table so she just placed it on a nearby table and left; our request to see the manager was flatly denied. Overall it was the WORST SERVICE I'VE EVER SEEN AT ANY RESTAURANT
