The whole dining experience was terrible. The staffs recommended a sake but then it was out of stock. They couldn't really answer any questions as to the menu items. After we ordered many dishes including wagyu beef, these were just plonked in front of us with no instructions on how long we should cook these for. When we asked, they again had to disappear and ask other staff members. The staff were definitely more interested in playing on their phones than us! In the 2 hours we were there, none
