興記菜館 is may not be the most fancy restaurant in town, but the restaurant’s specials are definitely worth a mention. 東風螺 (4/10)
This was a very simple dish, the conches were boil with water and went with dipping sauce. The conches were fresh and had great texture.
The rice was cooked in a clay pot, and it was rather disappointing. The rice wasn’t cooked long enough, where it doesn’t burnt at the bottom. The frog legs were extremely tender and perfectly cooked.
