成個冬天就快完都未食過煲仔飯… 趁今日得閒同屋企人一齊去咗😋呢間舖頭所有嘢食都係即叫即整😗 人又多🥱 所以唔想坐喺度之後眼碌碌咁等住就一定要叫啲小菜先🥲 晚飯時段個飯應該等左有30分鐘,但係啲小菜10分鐘就會到!😌煎蠔餅 (大)95 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️枱枱都有嘅煎蠔餅🦪 大份真係好大份👍🏻 (望到其他枱細份嘅都唔細😋新鮮整丶熱辣辣丶麵粉皮夠跪嘅蠔餅一定係值得合格以上嘅分數✅ 但係始終有少少油味🥲 你問我嘅話全港最好食嘅蠔餅一定唔係佢🤨但係嚟到叫返碟食住等一定唔會錯!酥炸鯪魚球 80 ⭐️⭐️⭐️呢碟見到比較少人講,但係其實啲鯪魚球大粒又彈牙 🐟 仲食得出陣魚味👍🏻 都叫做係高分之作比較美中不足嘅係佢雖然上咗喼汁,但係大大力點落去都係唔入味😵💫 最後整碎咗放咗入飯增加口感👻梅菜扣肉煲 90 ⭐️⭐️呢碟就唔係好推薦啦…整得仲冇我阿媽好味🥲前兩個小菜都大大份,但係呢個就望落去多實際上少啲肉唔係煮到林晒嗰隻,所有嘢都冇話好入味,仲要成$90🤨鵝肝潤腸排骨煲仔飯 65 ⭐️⭐️終於到主角!其實係我問題定係點樣🥺 真係唔覺得好好食…先講最重要嘅飯焦!我嗰碗黐住碗嗰層都有,但係有五分之一左右係燶咗,係講緊有苦味嗰隻😔 我爸爸嗰碗就調返轉冇乜飯焦😵💫 所以大家可能要睇緣份😢之後排骨比較多肥肉又唔係好好吃,唯一值得稱讚嘅係佢嘅潤腸質素係水平以上🫣順帶一提,佢間店係呢種玻璃可樂~最後最後!大家食完記得要食返啲清熱氣嘅嘢😵💫 我依家食完半粒鐘已經感受到喉嚨痛了🥹

🔸️興記菜館📍油麻地廟街12, 14, 15, 17, 19號地舖外國朋友新來港,佢話想食啲地道既野。天氣涼涼地,最岩食煲仔飯 Claypot rice 🤣 Not boil son rice🗨臘腸牛肉煲仔飯🗨北菇田雞煲仔飯🗨啫啫通菜煲🗨細蠔餅🍻一枝藍妹🍻兩罐可樂共$326我都好耐無黎喇,之前成日聽人講話興記唔好食喇,又污糟等等。本住無期望,只係帶朋友見識既心態黎既。講真,其實真係唔差啦。蠔餅啲蠔多又肥,脹卜卜;通菜好香,量多,夠味。呢兩樣菜基本枱枱都嗌。煲仔飯上台後一定要等多一陣先開蓋,兩煲都有飯焦,正~田雞唔錯,不過量只有一隻,分左隻脾比朋友食,佢竟然敢食,話似魚肉味。佢個滑牛食落都唔錯,仲以為會好難食🫣呢日星期四亦都好多人排隊,好繁忙,大家去嘅時候小心隔離附近嘅菜館,會扮曬野話自己係興記,行前啲有空位就坐。同埋排隊等得唔算太耐,落單比較慢,因為客多侍應唔夠,態度都正常,唔會西~有機會encore 先#hkfoodie #興記煲仔飯 #興記菜館 #香港美食 #油麻地美食 #ckaypotrice

天氣凍冰冰,當然食個暖笠笠煲仔飯🥰 油麻地有幾間出名煲仔飯,今次試食興記。平日傍晚6點,已經大排長龍😳 餐廳分開室內同室外,室外枱枱凳凳放滿街道中央,好似圍村食盆菜一樣😂好熱鬧!為咗感受氣氛,我哋都選擇坐室外。煲仔飯咁出名,當然要試下!梅菜肉餅煲仔飯即叫即整,熱辣辣🔥 肉餅非常淋,加上梅菜同豉油,味道更上一層樓😛白飯粒粒分明,底下仲有我最鍾意既飯焦😍 (飯焦係精髓!)煎蠔餅🦪都係餐廳招牌菜!蠔餅有分大和細size,我哋叫咗細(都好大😅)蠔餅煎得好脆,蠔仔又大又多,好足料!椒鹽焗鮮魷係本人最愛😍炸皮好薄,入面既魷魚彈牙,好食😋💲梅菜肉餅煲仔飯:$62💲煎蠔餅(小):$50💲椒鹽焗鮮魷:$75

旺角廟街應該無人不曉,入邊最出名一定係煲仔飯。當中四季同興記最出名,小篇兩間都食過,但都係比較鐘情於興記,飯焦同個質感稍優於興記,蠔餅亦大份啲,所以今次就去左會一會佢😍叫左油麥菜,排骨煲仔飯,大蠔餅價錢咁多年都係咁抵食,食到捧住兩個肚走蠔餅記得要問佢拎個醬汁,一試難忘小篇打打下字又好掛住個蠔餅了

When the temperature drops, you know that it’s time for Claypot rice!!!🥘Today I took one of my UK friend to explore the native taste of HK. So we decided to have food in here. They have 4-5 store in the same street so its quite easy to spot it. We ordered 2 claypot rice, 2 sides 🍲🍲and 1 veggie🥦The octopus chicken claypot rice and the Chinese sausage claypot rice are incredibly delicious. The chicken are tender and juicy. Moreover, the octopus and Chinese sausage increase the flavour of the rice which gives out the aroma of seafood 🐟and lard🐖. There are some “scorched” rice which is crispy and crunchy. It will be amazing if you mixed the rice with their special soy sauce🫙!!!==========Another must order item is the deep fried oyster 🦪patty. It increase the freshness of the oyster and enhance the flavour of the batter. With the assist of the bean curd sauce/ fish sauce, it taking your taste bud to another level.========The pea sprout w/ preserved egg cooperates well just like Bonnie and Clyde.👍🏼 The natural sweetness and fressness of pea sprout refresh your tongue 👅 but on the other hand, salted egg and preserved egg gives you unique flavour and aroma which balance the sweet and salty flavour. ⚖️========We enjoyed the food a lot, but the only fly in the ointment was the pepper salted fried 🦑. The outside is crispy and not too oily. However, the squid was a bit overcooked which makes the texture kinda too chewy. And the pepper salt crumbs are tasteless🥺🥘🥘🥘🥘🥘🥘🥘🥘Place (Convenient?) 8.5/10Decor 5/10Flavour 7.5/10Service 7.5/10/10🥘🥘🥘🥘🥘🥘🥘🥘
