While planning to take bus back home, we needed to pack some food for dinner and chanced upon this take away shop. It has been a long while since we ate snack food, thus we decided to eat it. Fried curry fried rice was fried till the rice was chewy and fragrant, and was flavourful as well as it has strong curry smell and taste. There were meart and squid in it as well.
Chongqing hot and sour noodles - The soup was sour and spicy in taste and the noodle was chewy and smooth, absorbing the soup essence. Peanuts were crunchy and chewy as well.
Sliced cucumbers were crunchy and juicy, absorbing the essence of the sauce. It was cooling and appetizing too.
Mala sliced pig ears were crunchy and chewy, and marinated till spicy in taste.
Fries was fried till soft and crispy, and ketchup was provided. Fried chicken soft bones were chewy and fried chicken cutlet was juicy and chewy.
