Never got enough of foie gras 🤤probably the most memorable dish. 😍👍🏼The caramel with the crumbly toast, together with the creamy foie gras, is a dreamy combination 🤩🌈 Not to mention the yuzu jelly 🍋 very refreshing 😋
🔸Boiled Cod
Never imagined soup can be cooked on a sizzling pan but the chef made it 👩🏻🍳🥹 the onion soup is so good and the cod fish is very fresh 😋🧅the peel is fried such that it is as crispy as chip 🍟🐟
🔸Hiroshima oyster
Two extremely fatty oyster covered in Sakura shrimp 🦐 🤤 Satisfied 💕 You would observe that the plating is very delicate 🌸
🔸Grilled thin cut steak
Really like that the chef put Kale beneath the steak such that the Kale can absorb the juice and oil of the steak. 🥩💚The garlic and green onion is embroiled by the thin steak and tastes savoury🫰🏻the wasabi mayo is a plus 🧩😻
🔸Fried rice with Sakura shrimp
Really enjoyed the fried rice but we were too full🥹🥹the sunny side up is perfect 💯 the egg white is crispy and the egg york melts into the rice 🍚 🌅
🔸soup and dessert
The dessert is tofu ice cream 🍨 the soup is served with some tsukemono 😋
Before we left, we also made a wish on the romantic wishing wall 🌺✨
