Since I can start work late today, I decided to have an early breakfast. I kept seeing lots of post about this hot cassoulet so I went there to try it out this morning. It didn’t take long for it to arrive since there was nobody in the cafe. I have to say it is a great dish for winter as it is served on a hot plate. There were lots of sausage and they were tasty with the tomato sauce.But the sourdough was not crunchy. It tasted like the left over from yesterday. The cappuccino was alright. But I
