My family and I went to a restaurant called ”Spicy Crab Hotpot Restaurant‘’ (達順辣蟹火鍋) located in G/F & 1/F, Golden Jubilee House, 391 Lockhart Road, Causeway Bay銅鑼灣駱克道391號金禧大廈地下及一樓.Each of us order a “Seafood Congee hotpot set” (海鮮粥底火鍋) which costs HKD$198 per adult.Customers can select 5 seasonal seafood out of 6. We can enjoy “roasted squab” (燒乳鴿)for free thanks to new opening of the restaurant!!
The squab is nicely roasted with golden crispy skin!!!Tasty!!
