Very very poor services

The comment is good and I am interested to try lunch tea. Just called to make appointment for lunch tea (Mon am), yet they said they are very busy and this week is fully booked. Then I asked if there is any seat next week, they replied NO (of course the tone is rude and not patient). Before I can ask if there is any seat in the coming month, they have already cut my line!!How come Hong Kong restaurant can provide such quality service? Because I am not their loyal customer? Or I am not a famou
