I have to say that the manager (a guy, for the Sunday evening shift) was very rude, from the start to the end. I went there for my friends birthday and the birthday dessert was coming after when I asked for the bill (they were cleaning up the place and the restaurant was about to close). The staff charged HK$150 which was not communicated during the reservation.
The worst was that they put a different name on the birthday dessert from a very obvious guy’s name to Iris. I pointed this out to the manager and he was having the attitude of ‘it is what it is’ and he didn’t even say a ‘sorry.
I’m writing this because I really think that it is one of the best yakitori place in Hong Kong, and I don’t want to miss this place because of one rude staff.
