we ordered steamed scallop with Garlic, ginger and spring onion with lobster on egg noodles based, spicy and salted squid.however, we were very disappointed. The scallops steamed too long and tasted like a rubber. Garlic was too salty and cover the taste of scallops. Also, they just chopped the lobster into half. this is not easy to take the meat out and again no taste at all as they cooked too long. the egg noodles were too salty again. they deep fried the noodles but the noodles are not crispy

they deep fried the noodles but the noodles are not crispy at all. All i could feel in my mouth are oil and salt.
for spicy and salted squid.............i am not sure if the chef misread the order. i only could taste black pepper but no spice and salt.
we are disappointed from first dish til the end.
Plus, we were shocked when we looked at the bill. 750$ for a meal like that.
totally not worth it!!!!
