PickyEater craving for hanwoo so decided to try this Korean BBQ.We prefer hanwoo to wagyu as it is more balanced, more textured and stronger flavored.Loved the ambience. Didn’t feel like we were in HK.Robot carrying dishes making its rounds.Since we went on a weekday, the hanwoo set was not available and we could only order a la carte. Wanted to try the Ginseng Chicken Soup but discouraged by server: since a whole chicken was used; better to be shared amongst 4 ppl.
Maybe next time.
Snack: Beef Tendon & Ox Tongue Stew. Pot was quite deep; very good value for money for $65. There were at least 5 pieces of slippery chewy tendons.

Gyeongju Pork Belly with Lettuce. Choice of Original flavored or marinated with Fruit Soy Sauce. Picked the former.

Korean cold noodles. Big portion. Mustard on the side. The tangy flavor didn’t really go with the meat. Should have just gone for the rice.
