Family dinner, so booked a private room.Food was so-so, nothing to brag about, it's edible.The female washroom, from the time we (my family and I) arrived for dinner to after dinner, no staff, nada, nobody checked the washrooms. We arrived early before the crowd, all staff were sitting chirping happily away, so busy is not accepted, out. All cubicles were devoid of paper-roll from get-go, in the middle of our dinner, the floor in washroom was wet, like someone washed the floor without drying it,

I am forced to give hygiene 1 star, because I have no choice since that is the min, otherwise would have left this part blank.
