My uncle booked this place for my auntie's birthday tonight. Hoi Wan Heen is located in the 'Garden Hotel' level of Hullett House at 1881 Heritage. We were seated in a private room next to the traditional Chinese open courtyard. Before the gastronomic feast, our minds and eyes were already dazzled by the simple but yet classic decor.
