Recently launched an after-work aperitivo tradition concept named ‘𝐂𝐈𝐍𝐐 𝐀̀ 𝐒𝐄𝐏𝐓’, a curated cocktail experience that’s available on weekdays from 5 to 7pm, with cocktails priced at $78 each, including a complimentary bar bite! Highlighting 𝐋𝐔𝐈, a manly mix of baked brioche-flavoured Mezcal and lusciously sweet Sauternes Wine, balanced with clementine & thyme cordial, grapefruit bitters which has been gently carbonated. Smoky and full of flavor with buttery and herbal notes; as well as 𝐄𝐋𝐋𝐄, a seductively feminine cocktail blending Champagne with rosé wine, St. Germain elderflower liqueur, and Ketel One vodka, garnished with diamond ice and jasmine perfume.

To enhance the cocktail experience, the revolving menu of bar snacks offers French Riviera favorites from Burrata and Tomato Toast, and Garlic Butter Snails, to iconic Padron Peppers, Focaccia Bread with Tomato and Basil Pesto, and Beef Cecina with Carasau Bread and Herbs. Guests ordering from the CINQ Á SEPT menu will enjoy a complimentary small bite with the first cocktail or wine purchase.
