My second time to this supposedly best Cantonese in town and probably a rare 3 star that could be given to a pure Chinese restaurant. The truth is, as much as their services and environment deserves nothing less than a three star michelin the food actually could not deliver the same quality as it's services and hardware. The truth is, as much as their services and environment deserves nothing less than a three star michelin the food actually could not deliver the same quality as it's services and hardware. Don't get me wrong the food is great, maybe a one star standard, but problem is that the food did not give me any surprise (despite all dishes were well presented) and I thought they could do better on the quality of the ingredients. Note that the amuse bouche is really interesting.
Nevertheless the services and the staff are really professional and I really liked them.
