We saw Ramen Jo at Elements in Kowloon and thought it would be the same as the one at Causeway Bay. We were so very wrong... The menu is different, the taste was different and overall a disappointment in comparison to the CWB store.The noodles we over cooked, too soft and extremely cold. The charsiu was dry and flavour-less. The tsukemen soup was served in a normal soup bowl, rather than a stone pot/bowl - meaning it was luke-warm making the whole experience of eating tsukemen very unenjoyable.

Then soup was also very watery, meaning that the noodles could not be dipped and coated with the soup like at other tsukemen establishments. 👎👎
Hoping the CWB store has not dropped to this level too...
