Worst customer service ever! Will never come back!We had dinner last night there and after we want to have a drink in the terrace outside. We have been told that we need to take rapid test before going out. So we bought two tests and we expected the staff will communicate with the staff outside that once we took the test, someone will take us to the terrace. After charging $30 per box and need to be cash hand which I believe the earn money from the back. No one ever came back to us telling us we
We had dinner last night there and after we want to have a drink in the terrace outside. We have been told that we need to take rapid test before going out. So we bought two tests and we expected the staff will communicate with the staff outside that once we took the test, someone will take us to the terrace. After charging $30 per box and need to be cash hand which I believe the earn money from the back. No one ever came back to us telling us we need to go to the terrace ourselves as table outside follows ‘first come first serve’ rule. But have you ever told us? There was tables outside after we took the test but filled up very fast. If you told us before, we would have just took the test and go outside straight away when the tables are still there.
After the waitress found someone who I believe it’s a supervisor, tall, skinny and wearing a pair of glasses came over to talk, worst attitude ever. Isn’t listening is the first critical rule of a good customer service?? Bla bla bla, I have to even stop him to talk to let me talk what actually happened, ridiculous. After told us table is not reserved outside which we are not acknowledged before from the staff. And the guy even refuse to refund the money from the test to us. He asked us to give back new one to him in order ti get the money back, huh? Isn’t that a joke? Where can I find a new rapid test to you?
I never see someone is rude like this! Not even apologise or find any solutions. If you are still there there, we will never come back.
After we talked to the manager, we got our refund for the test back, but very disappointing have to go all the way like this, literally wasting our time. If I can give 0 star, I would have gave 0.
