has the chef been changed? we haven't been this resturant for some time. all chef and waitress are not the same. we had one noodle set (noodle + tofu) and one samll noodle for dinner. both soy sauce soup and miso sauce (requested to have less salty) was not very good. although i have resquested to be less salty, it is still too salty. i felt very thirsty for the whole night. the dumpling was free with coupon. haven't fried enough. the skin in not crispy.jsut read the Openrice that there is
