Have been to this place for twice and I decided to write a post because the services was very disappointing Food is average for a five star hotel. - the signature lobster with the Chinese wine was so so.- the marinated eel is so good. Must tryBut the services was so bad, - the staffs “black face” most of the time for no reason (we gave tips in advance of course)- surprisingly this restaurant did not give same hotel room deliver service as we wish to keep the left over food to our room - did not
Food is average for a five star hotel.

But the services was so bad,
- the staffs “black face” most of the time for no reason (we gave tips in advance of course)
- surprisingly this restaurant did not give same hotel room deliver service as we wish to keep the left over food to our room
- did not want to give free parking even if u spend more than 10k for single meal there (u need to ask for it and they gave it to u with a weird face)
- many...
This experience made us so embarrassed as our guests and friends were with us.
Will not go back to this restaurant anymore! Thank you very much.
