After a coffee date with my friend, I was looking for something light around Central as afternoon tea. 5019 Premium Factory caught my eyes with their appealing burgers and cheesy snacks.  The Teppanyaki Egg with Cheese was freshly made in front of you. The chef brought out the hot plate with a cup of egg and cheese mixture. Upon asking you to get your camera ready, the chef then pour the mixture onto the hot plate. He then started to stir/mix/cook the mixture, and asked you to keep doing it to cook it further, or have it your own way. I stirred a bit more to melt and mix the cheese up with the egg.

The plate was hot enough to cook the egg thoroughly, but not too hot to overcook the egg and makes it too dried. Some more cheese to go with this Teppanyaki Egg would be perfect.
