I don't eat ramen very often since in my memory, I haven't been impressed by those I have tried. So I don't choose eating ramen when thinking about what to eat. And this time, I was brought here for driving away the mind I always stick with. Maybe?Once stepped into the restaurant, I was attracted by the decor placed at the corner of the tables. Typical ordering form in ramen restaurant, pick what you want in your combo ramen! For me, I like to try those marked as season special since I could come back for other regular ramen anytime I want. I ordered Spicy Tomato soup with Cheese Ramen (I'm a cheese lover <3)
Looked good and spicy BUT not really spicy, just a bit. Maybe they wanted a better balance among the taste of cheese and tomato while personally I would prefer a spicier one The soup was very sweet and fresh and so matching with the cheese which was not tasted strong. Almost drank up all the soup. Pork Shoulder Butt was soft and tender and won't be too marinated. Good one. The noodles was the part that I love most, the noodles was so springy and quite "energetic" while I was chewing. (Mouth-running)
Pan fried dumpling, crispy and tasty, you don't even need sauces for faring. The meat and materials inside were nice. But it could be less oily, this could be better.
Lots of choices of ramen, each of them looks so attractive! Using beautiful pictures really matters! (Sorry for my pictures LOL)
I'm not sure if there are many schools nearby but this is good promotion for them. In my school days, there was 0 restaurant around my school but only a canteen. Would be happy if there was one like this for lunch!張貼
