This is one of my favourite noodle place to visit in Hk, they have about 3 stores along the same street in sham shui po, every time I visit there’s a queue outside , but the lines move pretty fast. You get to pick a big variety of ingredients for your noodles depending on your preference, Michelin restaurant for an affordable price
